I'm glad you mentioned your fear of the bulls . As I watched you and Jeff start to move the bulls into the trailer I remembered a video from a few years back where it was pointed out you never fully trust the bulls or turn your back on them. Hoping you have a productive breeding season!
You know, at first I was opposed to watching you run the channel, but I've gotta say, I'm proud of you and think you are doing a fantastic job with the ranch and channel. Nice style of filming, definitely changed my opinion. Great job Erin!
Erin you are doing a great job since you have taken over the biggest job there is in ranching and you are not rushing the bulls you know your limits as does Mr. Jeff so you two don’t put each other in danger love watching your videos keep up the good job!!!
I'm glad you are facing the challenges. Jeff and Carrie plus the others help is great. It's always to be cautious in especially what you do. The animals are huge. I'm glad you are doing this. I enjoy videos.
Having an element of fear with the bulls is a very smart thing. You are learning the how’s, why’s and when’s. That is an awesome achievement. So very thankful for all your videos. We all know how busy a ranch is and you take the time out of your schedule to show us the life of a rancher. Thank you so much. Thanks Jeff and Carrie for all your help too.
Working bulls is always something to be cautious about, but you and Jeff did good. Your bulls look nice, I think they'll get the job done, good luck with it. Stay safe and I hope you all have a nice week!
You inspire me to do things that scare me. When I met you it was like meeting a long lost sister. And I’m proud of what you are doing with the ranch. Young lady you wear a lot of hats. And you look like you’re having fun while doing it!! Keep up the great work . Remember take of you also. ♥️
Proud of you. For being honest to all of us who also has scary things in our life. And if we don't succeed the first time, try try again. Sometimes I back up 50 times but I don't give up.... keep going it's great... 😊
Hi Erin. It's OK to have fear. You are doing exactly what you're supposed to be. Take one step at a time and plow right through that fear. I am so proud of you, girl.
Erin you’re doing a great job and also your wonderful help. Bambi is so cute and I was thinking the same thing about her moving with the help of cake. Thank you for sharing this with us
You should be proud, you are doing a great job. I was surprised when you turned the bulls out, I thought at least one of the cows would have been heat.
Erin, I recall when your mom sold her cattle awhile back. Is she still on the ranch? Who is providing care for the youngsters while you are attending the operation of the ranch? So proud of you!
Hey Erin great video, bulls scare the beejeeze out of me. Gr'pa had big Holstein bull and if you were dude no problems with him, but us girls he would chase out of the pasture and he was full on run. Nothing like getting thru the barbwire as catching your tennis laces. Hang in there girl the trolls will fall off sooner or later😂
Erin so proud of you. You’re doing great and I know a lot of us are probably learning right along with you. You seem happy and enjoying what you’re doing. It’s been a pleasure to watch and get to know you I wish you nothing but happiness and success keep on farming girl 🐮 🤠 🐐 🐷 🐔 ❤
I also think you are doing a great job with the ranch and running things really smoothly. Erin I really think you F deserve a big pat on the back for a job well done. It’s great to see Jeff there working hard as usual. I know you have your hands full with all the gardens, breeding season and ask the hats you are wearing right now. Good job
I think you are doing a great job and as a [former] fellow single mother, I am here to provide moral support. Sometimes we just have to keep putting one foot in front of the other because we are the responsible party/parent. Doesn’t make it easy, but we move ahead, doing things we’ve never done before, reaching deep and dealing with the scary things. Next year you will do it all again with much more familiarity and confidence. And the next year, it will be part of who you are and will come together seamlessly. I feel so happy for all of your helpers, especially Jeff. Was so happy to see him when he came back. We are all pulling for you. Remember to hydrate, wear sunscreen, and lift with your legs! 🙂
Greetings from Chicago, great job Erin and Jeff! Erin it's great to see you happy and learning to be a rancher. I couldn't watch the channel before because the sky was always falling. Now I really look forward to everything you post.
Bulls got a lot of cows to check they better get busy. Great Job Erin, I'm a fifth generation 63 year old female that was raised on my family farm that i still live on. dairy farm when I was a child now beef cattle is all we raise here in TN. Again Great Job.
You are doing great. I'm really enjoying your videos. You do a great job editing and making them interesting. You're just doing great at it all. You should be very proud of yourself ❤
Watching the heard dynamics is one of if not the most interesting thing on the ranch. I wish we could see more of the cattle mingle and just watch them be with each other..
Wow! That did go well with the bulls. They are getting excited to be with their girls. I'm so excited. I can't wait to hear who got pregnant this fall. Have a great week, OWL!
Im proud of you, too, for what thats worth. It's not easy for sure and being nervous definitely isn't a bad thing. Those boys got some serious heft to them. Everything is looking great! Keep kicking ass.
I’ll keep watching if the content is good doesn’t matter who is on the channel. Seems like your doing a fine job behind the camera shame on anyone for judging you personal life doesn’t involve social media.
Hi! I can tell you that I know nothing about farming or ranching, but I really enjoyed your video. Post more as the birth procedure, I'm sure the work has just begun. Be safe, 😊
It's a huge note to repay. There's not a lot of room for errors and missed steps I imagine. Good luck with this year's crop of new calves. Thanks for sharing, Erin. -EZ
I would want to be careful around those bulls too. We are so proud of you taking on the huge task of running the ranch. I think you doing super fantastic. Can't wait to see your colorful herd next year!
❤ Thanks for taking the time to shoot this video. It was so pleasant just to watch the cow's n bull's and look at the Beautiful landscape. It was exciting to me. I would love to see that in real life.
Erin, there is not a darned thing wrong with being a bit nervois around your bulls. In fact, it would seem that such a sound respect for your bulls, called nervousness or common sense, would go a long ways to keep you and your family ranching operation moving forward. Another of your fine videos! Next stop... the annual hay harvest!! -Bob...
The bull moving looked really cool. Don’t get too nervous when moving the animals. They will sense it and get nervous as well. Causes a lot of broken things and people.
I enjoyed the video. Thank you for sharing a meaningful interaction with your bulls. I understand that from other channels that angus bulls tend to be more aggressive. You likely know that already. Take care.
A trick to back up a trailer. Put your hand on the bottom of the steering wheel. Not the top. Then when you turn your hand to the left the trailer goes left. When you turn your hand to the right trailer goes right. Easy on the brain.
