Kwon character is funny. However his students are not bad. For that I bow to you. To me I am at a stage of my life that I have no fear of anything or anyone. That my friends is from martial art. Not to many can achieved that. Actually, he’s very similar to my master.
@serioja03 I did traditional ITF for 15 years. This isn't it. UKTA then TAGB in the UK. The sparring looks like some delusional imagination of what would work in a fight or self defence situation. We all know that high kicks are a TKD 'thing', but training in other styles back in the 80s and 90s illuminated the short comings for me. Sparring without protective equipment is an absolute idiots dream... there's no such thing as 'non contact'.... semi contact in itself was nonsense, and i saw far more silly injuries at TKD tournaments than i ever did at kick boxing or Muay Thai. The pattern execution looks rushed too.
