When the anime comes back I hope Yuna getting his true magic attribute will be as awesome as it was in the manga.

correction most of yunos character development happened in this arc. We never had to see this guy physically and mentally struggle to keep pushing forward before, even when he fought Licht and Zagrid he had this composure to him that was still calm. Zenon shattered Yunos sense of reality, and made Yuno earn to have the right to be a rival in our eyes, to make us see that he isnt a mary sue character.

@@Junaid-vw6zg not really a stretch. Spatial mana domination allows Zenon to seize control of any spell performed within its range. Since Julius (the one who fought Patry) isn't beloved by mana, doesn't have spatial magic with mana zone, nor does he have greater mana amounts than 100% Zenon (a devil host who receives a portion of the mana of one of the 3 devil rulers) then Julius doesn't have any ways to bypass SMD. DH Zenon is an even bigger problem.

True. Unfortunately most people are blinded by the convenience of the power up with some still labeling it as an asspull. Even though it was foreshadowed several times that wind magic wasn't his own attribute, but came from Licht's son's soul. I'm glad my boy is getting more of a main role with last chapter.

Patry has light magic, William has World Tree Magic. 2 attributes, 1 body. Licht's son has Wind magic, Yuno has Star Magic. 2 attributes, 1 body. Yuno was said to be loved by mana in chapter 276. Only elves are loved by mana, not humans. That foreshadowed the elf soul still living inside his body. This makes sense because at the end of the elf arc when the reincarnation was undone, we saw all* the elf souls leave the human bodies except* for Yuno's. *Tabata did not show a soul leaving Yuno's body*. We get confirmation of this in chapter 308 when the elf soul appears to Yuno to show Yuno that he's still there, and that he has his own magic attribute. It was foreshadowed that wind was not his true magic attribute in chapter 279 when Ralph meets the Leader of the Spade Resistance, Albert. Albert is surprised to find out that Prince Yuno Grinberryall has Wind Magic. Why is he surprised? Because in chapter 309, we get the revelation that the Spade Royal Family possesses special magic attributes based on Celestial Bodies (Sun, Moon, Stars). That magic attribute ended up being star magic. I fail to see how that's an asspull.

@@nton3845 It's an asspull because him having star magic itself is not foreshadowed. There is not a single foreshadowing that he has an affinity towards star. His grimoire conviniently awakened his power and he used it easily without having any problem lol

I also happen to not have much time on my hand these days unfortunately. I could attempt something in a month or so though, depending on how many great colorings I find.
