Black & Decker 18v battery charger PARTIAL tear down 

Black & Decker 18v battery charger PARTIAL tear down. Link to the follow on video is below, but what I didn't find in that video, but did a year or so later, when I decided to take the coil apart, is that there is a thermal fuse under the blue tape on the windings. If I had replaced that, it would have fixed the power unit. 🤔🤔
