I love ahi. This is how I cook it. I use butter and evoo along with Montreal steak seasoning front and back little salt and pepper, garlic powder front and back and lemon juice. I sear all sides take it out of the pan and sprinkle it with dill weed. Wait 5 minutes and eat. I like my ahi rare

Tip to help the cutting board stay still . (1) Get a rag (2) Wet the rag and ring it out (3) place it spread out on the surface you’re going to place the cutting board on And continue the great work, love your videos & looking forward for the next

Charcuterie - (Shar Coo Teh Ree) is real. It's just the art of curing meats. The method of preparation you used on this tuna is called Tataki. The difference between sashimi and sushi is that sushi is prepared with sticky rice and most often rolled in a seaweed wrap. Whereas sashimi is simply raw fish sliced paper thin served by itself. Sushi is cut in a long angular bar that extends through the length of the seaweed wrap except for Nigiri which is a thin slice wrapped over the top of a rice ball.

The difference between sushi and sashimi is sushi is actually the form of the rice everything is a variant of it. Sashimi is just eating the fish raw minus rice or seaweed.
