Love Germany.. Drove to Garmisch-Partenkirchen.. climbed the Sugspitze and the Wank in March a few years ago.. off to Munich in May.. hope to get a chance to revisit Garmisch-Partenkirchen.. wonderful part of the world and even better in a Defender.. you two are living my dream
Don't get caught :D ! It doesn't matter whether there is a sign or not, in Germany these paths are all (unfortunately) forbidden. Have a nice holiday !
Glad you liked it. I (as a German) find the black forest rather dull, actually. Too many trees ;-) Sounds silly, but other forest regions have more exitement to offer, e.g. the Elbsandsteingebirge (rough cliffs), Harz (old mines and water systems), Fränkische Schweiz or the Pfalz (bordering France/Alsace) with its stunning castles and so on. Black forest? Trees 😅
But do they have their own cake😉? Thanks for the info - a lot more to see! Also the more you do see the more you realise how little you have seen 😊! Schonen tag und viel spass fur ihr
@@ASimplyFabLife Ah, darn, no regional cakes 😁 Although... Harz has the Windbeutel, though it's not actually a cake but a huge 'thing' filled with cream... urgh, literally translates to 'wind bag', not sure if that's what you become after eating one 😅, I think it's called 'cream puff', but don't ask for a Puff in German, let alone a 'Sahne Puff" 🤣
