My only complaint is that Goku Black didn't have a death. I mean he did but...he didn't. Zamasu died. If Goku Black died on camera then I would have cried.

Trunks is the one who killed Goku Black. You may have noticed that when he was unable to take physical form, the face in the sky was just regular Zamas, not fused Zamas. That's because Trunks killed the non-immortal part of fused Zamas, Goku Black, with his Genki-dama sword.

I highly doubt Trunks would have had the opportunity to use his spirit bomb technique on Goku Black because Black would be a more cautious fighter as a mortal.
Buu arc was pretty dark. He wiped out the whole human race and KILLED some of our FAVOURITE characters! XD But it's fine with me. Buu's sadism and pure evil/lack of reasoning is what makes him a good villain to me.
You don't have to overlook anything, there's nothing wrong with liking villains. I mean, they're characters too. You don't have to agree with their actions in order to simply like them.

Since you mentioned Frieza, I think it would be interesting if those two interacted. Interesting, because Frieza would be looked down upon as a human and would be subjected to racism from a man who appears to be Saiyan, a people Frieza has looked down upon his whole life. The irony would be humorous.
Actually I don't think Freeza belongs to the human species. I don't think Namekians do either. Saiyans and earthlings do however belong to the human species.
Frieza is indirectly part of the reason Zamasu detests both humans and his fellow gods. The former for their destructive ways, and the latter for letting beings like Frieza have their way while sitting idly.
undertakerfan4life11 Goku Black was not a good villain. Freeza takes first place no doubt. Piccolo good second place. But Goku no. Now if he actually *was* Goku from a different timeline where he didn't bust his head. Then I'd say it's better. He's also been very underachieving.
Uuuugh the orchestra at 0:26 you could just feel the sense of despair and hopelessness, adding the fact that it's goku's body, our childhood hero, causing all that destruction. God bless whoever worked on the soundtrack for DBS it's perfect
You know. I think Black Goku could have put up a better fight than fused Zamasu. I think this was the only villain we've seen that was able to counter Goku's instant transmission by completely disabling it and then showed a bit of space manipulation through that scythe of his that summoned clones that Goku AND Vegeta could not put down. Honestly, Zamasu was holding Black Goku (who I do know is also Zamasu) down.
That was the whole gambit though. Since he was not familiar with Saiyan development, he believed Rose was the ultimate form. Once his confidence was shaken, his decent into madness became more apparent. The merge was an act of desperation and actually was the best option considering it took the King of All to stop him. Though he failed, Zamasu almost became the God he deluded himself into thinking he was.

a theme for a evil villain, the theme screams darkness, chaos, and tyranny vast opposite of the things that Son Goku believes in which are the light, peace, and freedom.

they could have made this arc a lot more better and dark then it already was, with just 20 episodes or so this arc became one of the best and yeah adding blood would have been hell a great
This is great. I went into fighterz expecting to like playing hit, piccolo, and vegeta, and krillin. When I played I was amazing as Goku Black, Beerus, and Frieza. I never expected to like how they played. My main is now going to be Goku Black.

the difference,these are much better than those (faulconer barely has 7 songs which fit db and are epic) these are at a different level and suit db unlike faulconer version where song ruin the scene, I mean the person who placed the music in series ruined it. there is nothing like irony, just better music.
Black Goku constantly mentions stuff about "this body". I'm saying it now! Black Goku is really just possessing Future Goku's body. It would also make sense as to why he clenched his heart during Goku and Black Goku's first fight.
I disagree. I would say Turles is more of the "what could've been" since Turles was basically the average saiyan. Hes pretty much how Goku would've been, had Goku not hit his head. Meanwhile Goku Black plainly just looks like Goku and has a different goal as to what Gokus goal would've been had he not hit his head. Goku Black and Goku have no similarities besides their looks, and I suppose both enjoying a strong opponent.

Nope he is zamasu who he switched bodies with goku in a different timeline with his time ring which is how he is able to use his moveset but the question is why isn't he have incredible muscles and have a dark go
Sadly all good things must come to an end. Goku black is no more in dragon ball super the filler arc will soon close and the nee main arc shall begin. R.I.P goku black and zamasu. Two of dragon balls greatest villains no two of dragon balls best characters ever made
