Filmed July 17-18, 2024.
It's already midsummer and the Black Hills Central Railroad continues to steam through the season. The sound of the chuffing and the puffing of the smoke bring many tourists and rail enthusiasts far and wide. For the midsummer trains, the engine pulling them is number 110, a 2-6-6-2 saddle tank locomotive built by Baldwin in 1928. Shots of the train include two roundtrips on one day and the early evening one-way the following day.
