After our planned ride in the NorthEastern USA was flooded out due to last minue heavy storms we made new plans to trailer our bikes from our home in Ontario, Canada to the Black Hills of South Dakota to visit Badlands National Park, Custer, Sturgis and areas of Wyoming. We rode some great routes designed by REVER at the Revzilla Get On ADV Festival and met some amazing new friends. What a trip!
We're so happy our change of plans led us on this path! Many thanks to our new and old friends who made this such an amazing trip!

You make it sound like it cost $20/bike just to ride the Needles Highway, and the inference was that it was not a good deal since you complained about it more than once. That $20 is in fact an entrance fee for the entire 71,000 acre Custer State Park for 7 days. Half of Iron Mtn. Rd. is in the park, as is the wildlife loop and Needles Hwy. along with numerous other lakes, hikes and attractions. Just thought the folks should know.
