Black Mamba BMB LS-04 Oversize Studio Series SS06 Starscream 

The Movie Masterpiece Starscream was just announced, and this mold (from Revenge of the Fallen no doubt, just resized up multiple times) is still the best of the best.

Great review, I really want one of these It's impressive when you think it started out as a deluxe figure before they retooled it into the ss voyager & it still manages to look good as a leader class

I've bought the LS-04S today mainly due to the paint apps and scale. I planned to sell my HFTD Scream but having watched your video I see how different it is in transformation. The HFTD leader class has always been among my favourites to transform, very well engineered and intricate, it has an advanced Japanese tech feel to it. If you can get one for a good price, I recommend you guys do! I'm not selling mine, no way!

The good thing about the The Dream Factory one is that you can get a couple of bits of scrap paper or rubber and wedge them behind the chest doors and make that part look more accurate - there is no big rectangular lumps under the wing either. Though the SS based mould does have a slimmer jet mode and slightly nicer legs, I like that the leader based mould has the movable toes though. I think I will likely have to get both - I just can't yet decide which one to get first. I'll likely buy a White Movie Optmus before either of them.

Their Grimlock is huge, there needs to be a Studio Series Dragon Storm, a $120 perfected dragon of awesomeness, this line Metroplex and Fortess Maximus.

You forgot to swing down the chines on either side of the cockpit at the top of his chest in robot mode. It was added by Black Mamba to fill in empty chest space.

When accented a certain way, I hear "Black Memba" Anyway, paint apps on this is great, Screamer's rocking those _wheel spurs_

But I want to see the actual scale with BmB Optimus Prime before I decide to buy him and you didn't show it in the review. Well I already know he will be shorter than OP, I just needed to see the proportions together with him.

To be fair star scream’s at least as big as that leader class starscream he needs to be at least leader class

I have no idea why they say that Starscream is taller than Optimus and Megatron because its not true, in the movies he is smaller then both Optimus and Megatron. I always find it funny when i see those "specs" about the movies, because you just have to watch the movies to see that hes smaller, and its very obvious by the way! We can see it perfectly in at least 3 different scenes of Revenge of the Fallen, first we see it very well when Starscream, Megatron and Optimus are fighting in the forest, we also see it perfectly when Megatron and Starscream are both together on the top of a building after that fight, its even more obvious that hes smaller...and dont bring the "chicken legs" argument, hes just smaller. Period Starscream as always been my favorite Transformers along side Omega Supreme, since i first saw him as a kid in the 80's up to this day, i always loved Starscream the most, and i can honestly say that i know quite a lot about him, so this is one thing that bugs me a lot, Starscream is not taller than Optimus Prime nor Megatron, hes smaller. Period Im sorry but i had to say it lollll ...and it was not directed to you, its just that it bugs me quite a lot when i hear people say that hes taller because they saw it written somewhere, i alway answer them to watch the movies carefully and youll see...hes smaller! Loll Also, great review, i really like the figure, i might get it sometimes down the line Keep up the great work :)

looks like no one can make F-22 mode look better as in G1 MP. I'll stick to my MPM-1 then. I thought this would look good, but MPM-1 jet mode is better looking and we can still store the rear wheels. Unlike this version

Knowing how big their Optimus Prime is they made Starscream waaaay too small. If he was 12 or even 13 inches I probably would've bought him. I honestly don't know what they were thinking but I'm really hoping someone will make a bigger Starscream. I currently have my movie collection in normal MPM scale but I have been wanting to upgrade to the larger scale, kinda difficult to do that when Black Mamba has already made their Starscream too small and will be out of scale with their Barricade, Nitro, Megatron and Optimus Prime. Well I hope if they ever get to Blackout they'll make him bigger then Optimus at least.

Starscream normaly should be 55" he was just downscaled and so not accurate in movie like in toys....

This figure looks amazing but I can't stand that this was actually Starscream in the movies. I would be fine if it was a different character other than Starscream. I'm crossing my fingers that we get a great Starscream in the Bumblebee movie.

Such an ugly design. I'm so disappointed in so many of the trnasformers designs in the last 10 years. The movies ones are disgusting on every level. Minus grimlock and select few others. I don't get how a 15 foot long camaro turns into a 25 foot tall robot. The beast wars guys were my fav, and they made them looks so terrible. I hate the whole movie design look.

geez, starscream robot design in the movie is so ugly I mean he looks like as if wearing a short would buy his action figure otherwise he's my personal character in tf universe thanks to his consistent grunt towards megatron

All off bay formers are garbage in vehicle mode,thats what happens when you make on realistic robot.
