I didn't know Euronymous was the ambassador of black metal. I'd give that to Quorthon who pretty much carried it to where it needed to go and whose styles and beliefs had been misinterpreted by Nazis like Varg and such in the most extremist sections of second wave black metal scene.

Also, "goth people" are people who listen to goth. Not sure why they would only do that when people are looking.

My point is most people, or at least the EXTREMELY vocal majority, in any sort of "fandom" are really only in it for the attention. This goes for the goth scene, metal in general, even to shit like being into cars. It's not about the thing anymore, it's about getting attention and validation for being into the thing.

@FlegaminaClassic you know that, by creating a niche and bringing musician together, underground music mouvements manage to make huge things like World tours that go in many towns Big and small and that sometimes break records on the most concerts performed on a single tour. The point IS not how many people join, because there can be a lot of people but not loose what makes it special, the problem is who joins. And brands are not welcome, even more if it's to sell a lousy make-up pallette

Their ads are incredible but where liquid death really shines is their ocean cleanup mantra. It is a bit more expensive, but it is good water. I typically only buy it at gas stations where every bottled water you get is $3 so there's no real price gap, because it is (imo) better tasting than most of the other premium bottled water options. the can also keeps it ice fuckin cold longer than a bottle
