Already with the monkey king mythology to dive into. sh!t is bonkers. I saw some movie with jet li about it and then i read the actual stories, it's crazy.
I love the fast movement in the game, looks like Wukong is going to be realy fast and agile. Thats a good change of pace since all current singleplayer RPGs are about slow burly guys that cant scrach their backs.
This game will definitely give wo long and rise of the Robin a run for its money, I've been waiting for combat/adventure based game surrounded around the story of the monkey king
Looks amazing . I can say I’m a little disappointed they didn’t add features of using his feet for weapon use . Minimal but would have definitely added some pretty awesome depth to the character
@@carlosgonzalezfernandez3806 Yeah. I thought it would be a cool feature for the bosses to gradually lose bits of flesh or something like that, maybe similar to what Dying Light 2 does.
@@renanfernandes7546 well remenber that the main weapon is a Bo so i doubt that would rip a lot of skin but for other games yeah that would be pretty cool
if this is a Journey to the west series THIS WILL BE SERIOUSLY HUGE.......many of you (especially american/europeans) dont know just how seriously big of an adventure of this series, if it is journey to west adapted-game imagine something as big as marvel era year 2008 to 2019(endgame), huge adventure👀
It looks decent, but like a couple other comments they should fix his sound while fighting, sounds too high pitched. But I'm pretty sure this is all beta play, hopefully the final release will be amazing
With so many trailers for this game, they were not left for shopping. They presented all the bosses. I think it is just a promotional game, just a game engine. unreal engine 5
You're not seriously assuming that this game is only an hour or two long, are you? Cuz if this was all the bosses, that's all it would be. Don't be dumb.
Not all games need to have an open world with npcs for you to have a "game experience" whatever that means. Maybe try playing something else that isn't elden ring lol
You do realize that. It all games are open world, right? Hell, Open World games are some of the hardest to get right due to needing a huge balance regarding how much stuff there is to explore. the vast majority of open world games are bad or meh. Very few actually reach Elden Ring levels of good.Its not JUST bosses. But this is a more linear game.
Not really. In the original story, Wukong surprisingly didn't do that all too often. Most of his fights were actually one on one or with very small groups, and often used trickery to get the upper hand almost more often than just brute forcing it.
I might be the outlier here, but I'm really not all that impressed. It looks like just another souls-like game with nioh-esque combat that's more combo-based. I'm ready to see something new and innovative. We need a new genre. I'm actually surprised that people aren't creating things more similar to Sekiro. That was definitely in the vein of souls games, but the combat is extremely idiosyncratic and feels nothing like Dark Souls. That should have spawned a new genre by itself.
They should completely rehaul the sounds. The character sounds like a baby monkey crying while hes grunting. The screams, weapon sounds etc. should be more deep and aggressive like sekiro. Otherwise it looks phenomenal and hopefully the final product will deliver a solid experience. Hopes are high with this one
Have you never heard a monkey before? What about all the asian ppl who train in combat who sound like babies. Bruce lee had a light voice should they change bruce lee's voice too?

looks like a smash button combat. very pitty for the art design, that combat ( main gameplay ) will be a smash button ( AI do the rest for you ), there should be parry, guard, calculated dodge etc. looks like garbage to me
Here we see a dumbass kid who clearly didn't actually look into the game and just wants to hate on it, because all of that stuff has been shown, and also its not just mash the attack button, given that there is a stance system that needs to be used.
