Turning 10 days trip into 13 minutes video tells you how important the trip was to these guys. But we should give them credit for visiting a part of Africa, Ghana. I used to walk bare foot and I had a lot of shoes. The western mind needs a lot of slow and deep learning and teaching to unlearn and to understand that grounding (walking bare foot is a natural and healthy way to live). "Poverty and third world" who defined or gave definition to these words? The African culture is so deep and complex the so called PhD or Dr or scientist from the West may never understand "The First Race, The First People". The essence of life and living has nothing to do with greed, money, despotism, fame, race, color, so called "beautiful" the western way, control, Inhuman-science, democracy, religion, schooling, class, aristocracy, hierarchy. The West, specially, America, has all that. But unfortunately, we are the sickest and the unhappiest nation in the world. We are so sick we become insensitive to the reality to the point we want every one else to live like us: Food: Eat and drink poison that we call food and we become the fattest while taking unlimited amount of drugs that we call medicine which is the third cause of death in America. Money: 9 AM to 5 PM from Monday to Friday, and Saturday or Sunday is the day reserved for god or the fake and invented jesus christ. They take 6/7 of your whole life, no wander most Americans are unhappy, not much sleep, no rest, and most salaries can't help maintain a family financially. Most investment is geared to enrich about 3,400 people who control every thing including the politicians and churches. Religion: There is not one religion in America that practices the truth and all of them are man-made that focus on money and control. They are growing like fertilized GMO plants to kill or destroy you slowly, but surely. Society: They often show here in America on TV African and Asian aborigines walking almost nude in their community as sign of being salvage, but here in the so called civilized world innocent women are being rapped left and right, not so much in these aborigine societies. If you say good morning to a stranger, he or she may be shocked and run away or at least, walk very fast to avoid you. Most of our movies are about killing, thieves, criminals, racism, sex, homosexuals and prostitutes, robberies or unhappy family or person or loss. We spend the most on health care and we still have more sick people than ever. Most babies in America have, at least, one disease that will turn into many diseases overtime and maybe for the rest of his/her life because he/she will be taken drugs without any cure. Subliminal marketing along with mind-control strategies in the media, schools, universities, churches, movies, communities make us, the people, become blind to not understand utopian societies vs equitable societies. If you have been for many and many years blind-fully "jesustized you can't accept the truth about the invention of jesus and christianity, and its true purpose. Everyone who is a so called professional in the western world wears a tie. A tie to tie your neck, not really. What about to reduce the amount of oxygen in your blood? Less circulation, more diseases and more death; population control. No, this is not true, wearing a tie is a sign of being civilized. Well, being civilized is not walking bare foot, oh! No! Are we a very poor country with too much debt and too many diseases or are we really rich and happy? We should we use western standards to compare non-western countries? You will decide when you wake up!

Culture Freedom I was raised with the mindset of an African in Australia, even though I'm mixed. It's a lot easier to dissociate from your people when you create the boundaries of us and them. We are much more similar than we are different. Black people across the diaspora are West African genetically, and even the foods we eat aren't that different. I think it disrespects my ancestors and forefathers, as it would anyone else's, who were taken from my people through the transatlantic slave trade, and human trafficking across the ocean to places like London and Jamaica, and treated like nothing more than cargo if I was to say I'm not African I'm Australian. It makes it sound like "I don't want to be one of them" and very self hating of your own people. I think my Nigerian dad and Stepmother would have said something like... Eh you are Nigerian shut up. Hey! Close your mouth 😂 If only you understood the beauty strength and origins of "blackness" and what it truly means to be 'African' actually sitting down with those of us who at least some of our ancestors were never taken away you would appreciate and be proud of our culture. If you don't want to call it yours that is up to you. But if I take an African elephant to New York it doesn't make it any more American, than it would make a bald eagle an Australian animal, if I brought it here. That's not how it works.

There are still people in Ghana that doesn't have shoes on when you go to some villages. It's all part of the African story and it will change. There are poor people everywhere in the world just that the West don't show theirs so accept that fact. I'm a Ghanaian (born and raised) in case you are wondering.

I'm Ghanaian, lived all my life here & I understand that sometimes when our shortcomings are laid to bare in front of us, which often is the bitter truth, most of us feel attacked and go on the defensive. It's okay to have difficulties like other countries even in so-called 1st world with homeless people in every corner & alley ways. In the cities, you will not see people without shoes on but in the rural areas there's a chance you can spot someone without shoes on & that's what these brothers did. They travelled to other parts of the country & didn't stay only in Accra. So my fellow sister, you can have an issue with the continent being called 3rd world but these gentlemen are absolutely NOT enforcing stereotypes. In Africa, Ghana to be precise, what you see is what you get. No hiding who we are, proud & glow in our uniqueness & beauty so why be offended by our flaws?? It just should be a reminder to ourselves that we got a long way to go to break the glass ceiling & WE WILL❤🇬🇭🍹

Have you asked why some black people sell drugs in their own neighborhood and mess up the kids? Once you ponder about that a minute, you will know why. Most Africans fought for their people, but there were also some bad ones who were up to no good. So you can't blame them all.
