Warzone should be a standalone game. They will let everyone buy all these skins then bloat the game with integrations just to delete it all. Its criminal.
@@nolga3569 kids using their parents credit cards for skins are the biggest income for cod. thats why they won't remove the shadowban system. 1 happy 5kd player makes for 5 sad 0,6kd players....
Because 60% of player base is on old gen consoles ps4 & Xbox1s/X Its the same reason we don’t get engine updates. They design a new/better game & they lose a huge amount of players
@@WhosImmortalto be honest, I GUESS they're trying to fix them already some ppl like me right now get questions after matches like "how was The connection last match" and you can choose 6 different types of answers, that's new to me at leas5
@@WhosImmortal they are actually working on them as we speak. The last few days or maybe longer they have been. I've been getting after game surveys asking how my last game has been and they've been a hell of a lot better then the last few months. Up till last Thursday or Friday I was getting booted on a PS5 and hardwired with fiber optic net
Servers update that want needs reset. They suck, and they are doing it on purpose so everybody stop playing mw3 and trash talk, and get more expectatives on b06
I’m on pc with solid Ethernet internet. The amount of issues with servers the past 2 months is ridiculous. Why do I get horrible stuttering and yet the game shows “23 ping” with no packet loss
Its cause its different studio. infinity ward works on the mw games and treyarch works on the bo games, it usually always resets but infinity ward made the last few games while treyarch took theyer time on bo6, so it didnt
I like how it has to have a reset on skins and stuff but you have games like Fortnite that have hundreds of skins. I don’t believe skins should be deleted when it comes to warzone
fully agree.. but as they care only about the $$.. itll reset. since i really only played zombies.. i regret buying the new game, since i lose all of that progression
I’m actually really happy about this. As someone that’s been playing since 2008, I’ve never had a problem with being reset fully when the new game comes out. Makes the new one worth grinding
Carry forward is useless. Old guns won’t be competitive anyway in the beginning so it’s just more clutter in the attachment and weapon menus. Only thing that should carry forward are operator skins or maybe camos and calling cards.
in my opinion i think they should remove mw2 content on warzone , add bo6 content , then next year remove mw3 content and add 2025 content , then the next year remove b06 content add 2026 content ect...
At some point they're going to have to begin vaulting content in Warzone as well. Maybe not the skins or camos, but the weapons and attachments for sure. I would totally be fine with annual resets. Not only would it combat bloat, but it would make the game feel fresh.
Such a poor choice on their end making the reflective 115 camo not transfer over considering it's "black ops themed" by lore-like the Woods Operator (unless they change it in the future). Hoping BO6 will be good enough to last multiple years if IW and Sledgehammer decide to give us another 2-3 years of unfinished games that lack identity and replayability.
@@mannford4455 True, a fan favorite pack of the 4 best selling skins from bo2 would have been way better IMO then the filler mwz content included for pre ordering
So for someone who only plays casual on MP and MWZ and never touched WZ I'm not going to have the ability to use skins I have earned or purchased in the BO6 MP what a waste of time and money 😮💨
they should reset all the guns and attachments, no-one uses MW2 stuff in MW3(also happened to a lesser extent moving from MW2019 to CW), same thing will happen with BO6, they'll just make the guns meta and turn everything else into bloat.
Im fine with black ops 6 being a standalone game, but its getting pretty tiring buying bundles for warzone just to have the game completely reset and lose everything. Im not buying bundles every single time they decide to make a new warzone... Should just be its own standalone game like how fortnite is, add all the content do whatever.. but making me start over and buy new bundles because you cant add onto the game is absolutely diabolical.
@@MidniteMeatBus what kind of response is that 🤣 you just looking for somebody to be angry at cause mommy and daddy didn't show you enough love growing up? Sucks man sorry to hear your so negative
If you had any brain cells up in that little pea brain of yours you'd understand that humans are entitled to opinions, and not everybody's matters, especially yours 🤣
this is exactly why I believe they need to start fresh with the next line of games start with your historical games and build towards modern or even futuristic again allowing everything to carry forward, maybe just relocking weapons behind a challenge but keeping your levels and blueprints and shit
3:50 they didn’t add them because it “made sense”, they did it because it was intended to be a dlc from the start and greedy activation turned it into a new game
I think operator skin carry over would have been nice, but a full reset on the weapons. I know with it being a new game it would been a lot of work but it really adds something for games like League of Legends where players still have access to skins that are no longer available from years ago. I also think it would help with sales as players would know that their purchase will last into the future and won't be gone in a couple years. Consequently having no operator skin carry over has got to be hurting the game currently as if you plan to play B06 exclusively on launch there is no point in any purchase in MW3 since you would essentially lose it unless you play the older game.
I don’t mind a reset, the only thing I wish they would carry over is the mastery camos it’s a grind and should be rewarded with allowing you to use it in the following game,
I think the most criminal thing is how you lose all the bundles you paid for on the resets to turn around and have them essentially reoffered to you. Games like Fortnite, league of legends, etc have evergreen content. You buy skins there and you can use them until the game just dies or whatever. I get the bloat reduction for guns and attachments but there’s gotta be a way to retain the operators and stuff of that nature.
At least it transfers to warzone but tbh I would love to see a wipe. COD 2025 should wipe out warzone like kick out mw2 and mw3 weapons out even if it should‘ve happen already with bo6
@@octobercameron786 Glad I never spent money directly on skins. Started cod again season 4 now and before didn‘t play since cold war. Bought Black Cell and with the coins I got back I bought a skin. But never paid to buy directly skins
A full reset is always how it’s worked at least up until warzone. Definitely glad they’re doing it here. Don’t need mw stuff carrying over to a late 90s themed game. Not that I plan on touching warzone this year
Been playing cod since the original way back when. Been playing consistently since Big Red One. As such, I have never thrown a fit when what I’ve bought didn’t carry over to the next game. I’m perfectly fine if things never carry over. I’m all for a full reset and get rid of the bloat.
The only thing I don't like about this is the skins they charge people $20+ for are just gone now. Messed up if you think about it. Because particularly on PC most of the older games are unplayable because of the unsafe netcode. I don't know how many skins I have in those games that were just money pits. It'd be nice for all of those to be carried from every game forward. Either that or they need to put in huge letters "SKIN LEASE FOR THE REMAINING LIFE OF THE GAME".
I mean mw3 was the only COD to not have a full reset. Literally every other COD had you start from the beginning. This shouldn't even be a surprise to anyone
Just don't see the logic behind everything in one application separated games makes things simple and easier to navigate Would be great to know what you can delete without losing unlocks But for me I'm deleting everything and starting fresh from beginning of bo6
To combat the bloating situation they should just let us at least keep operators and weapon camos. I wouldn’t be mad about getting rid of certain weapons.
Maybe I'm overreacting but as a mostly (90%) WZ player, I'm really disappointed that there won't be a reset this year. Bloated is a great way to put it. I didn't like the fact that MW2 stuff carried over from last year, and I still feel the same way about this year's integration. It's frustrating telling my friends the best classes to use, and they have to scroll through a million different optics and other attachments. Cosmetics are completely fine to keep, people pay money for those so I understand the carry over. I think a full reset in WZ would be beneficial to both hardcore and casual players.
Whatever game is out, those are guns that are in warzone. Problem solved. Instead of adding nine million attachments, have those devs work on new points of interest, events, and add the new dlc guns to warzone as they drop. 60 guns is more than any other battle royale. Then when new warzone map drops, same deal. I love warzone, but I feel it’s definitely lowered the quality of multi, zombies, and focused more on skins and bundles than content and events
It makes 0 sense to keep the MW2 guns/attachments they’re literally just wasted inventory. None of the attachments are used, the guns are low-slightly mid tier at best, like what is the point of having them in the game. It’s so dumb, MW3 guns/attachments should be the only thing to carry over.
This is a good thing. Let Warzone have the mashup of everything, but leave BO6 alone. The game would not have the same vibe if half of the guns and operators were from the MW games.
I hope by the next game they can start vaulting some weapons/ attachments from warzone like basically all of mw2 stuff. Otherwise if they keep adding stuff and not removing older stuff we’re gonna be in the same position as wz1
Hoping with this "fresh start" maybe they will be updating Ricochet. I'm on PC and hate being called a hacker when I have a good game just due to guilt by association. And also can't wait to find out what the mastery camo is this year. (Interstellar etc)
Warzone doesn't necessarily need a full reset. They can literally just remove the older games weapons/attachments. No need to reset cosmetics like camos and operators. We have seen all of these changes in every other BR game except for COD. They are the only company that erases all of your s**t just so you can restart and buy all of their bundles etc. Unless I am ignorant about how this works please elaborate. I just dont see why a full reset would ever be needed. I have fortnite skins from there first ever season 1 lol.
This doesnt sound bad in my opinion but when cod 2026 comes out and is integrated to warzone 2.0 there are playlists with modern warfare only weapons, black ops weapons, and whatever 2026 is and select gamemodes have all the weapons and attachments. Or have a weekly cycle of weapon categories vaulted like "week 1 black ops ar's vaulted" "week 2 modern warfare smg's vaulted" to balance out bloat and shrink the weapon pool. Just an idea but this idea could also be used poorly as well
The series itself needs a reset! They need to come with something that actually feels "new" similar to what Advanced Warfare brought that was truly something new we hadn't seen in COD before
Idk if anyone remembers when Caldera dropped they had Vanguard Resurgence and Vanguard Battle Royale. This maybe unpopular, but i think they should do that same concept for Bo6 when Area 99 and or Avalon drops.
Out of all of the attachments there are only a few that are worth using because they are by far the best in their catagory, most of these attachments are not as good as the few that are good
I get in a couple years having to deleted some guns and stuff but at least keep the operators. That shouldn’t make a difference for warzone. Plus ppl will buy more bundles
2:42 I think instead of doing a full warzone reset they should just phase out the oldest cod when the new one comes out and merges with warzone so there will still be diversity of options of what people can use. So in 2026 they should phase out mw2 guns when they add the 2025 title to warzone. Thank you for listening to my ted talk
so do i buy a skin i like right now in the shop or not worth it? i am sorry but english is not my first language and hearing people talk confuses me, I need a confirmation that if I buy a operator now in MW3 do i get to keep it and use it in BO6 warzone? just warzone not multiplayer right?
I agree with most of your commentary, there are way too many guns and attachments. The MW guns shouldn't carry over to BO, different vibes. I also think that each gun does not need 30 optics or 20 muzzle devices. We only ever use maybe a handful. Most of the guns used are just what ever is meta or new for the season because you cannot balance so many. I might have the unpopular opinion that each gun within a class should have basically the same stats and different types in that class should just be cosmetic. The attachments should be what makes them unique. That way most, if not all, guns could remain viable just with different play styles. I disagree on the operator, I think we should get to keep them all and the skins, I still miss my trash gillie suit from MW2019.
Honestly, I prefer this. Thank God it’ll be its own game, similar to CW, and VG. I don’t want to get reamed by previous game guns. I want it to be its own thing and then when it gets integrated in WZ, we can use everything, which is how it should be. I just wish WZ was its own game too though and not based from the other COD Titles.
It takes a good minute or two for me to find a lobby in mw3 now I used to get into lobbies in 20 seconds tops back in the beginning of mw3 until season 3. And when I do finally get into a lobby my team is losing 0-3 or it just starts but is a full 6 man and my team don’t communicate or play objective in search or that new mode cyberattack
Damn, I spent so MUCH on the other ones to have skins. I'm kind of annoyed I can't keep Lara Croft, Spawn and Homelander. The guns and kill effects are understandable. But why take the skins we paid so much for? Criminal. I'm def not buying any BO6 skins if I do get the game.
Honestly can’t wait for black ops 6 but I think the complete reset on wz should be this year release game in October then wz in November give people time to level up guns :) I hope they make wz good again haven’t this touched it since mw3 came out ❤
i just want a good game, not this whole movement yy clips and sbmm being a major factor in how the game works. i want good servers and good gunplay, not stupid cosmetics.
Am I crazy or didn’t they make all the mw2 and mw2019 unusably bad in mw3 multiplayer. I swear no matter what gym I felt like I had to dump two mags into someone while their mw3 gun killed in 3-4 shots
Mark my words the new Omni movement is going to make casual players not play the multiplayer or warzone. The skill gap plus sbmm plus the usual cod lags will make every lobby sweaty and unplayable. This is basically jets packs without jet packs…
Dunno why they don’t do it like Fortnite just vault and unvault weapons so maybe have like 10 of each type for a example and make all camos universal change the guns every season
With how the cod HQ works now I really hope they can make warzone its own thing with iterations of guns and skins across all call of duty’s without having one game the main focus, then we get the new titles released as normal with only the most popular and practical stuff getting added into warzone with season drops and events, seems like a lot to give away for free tho especially for Activision lol
