Hi! You should look for textile paint in stores that sell painting supplies (art purposes) . There are a few brands but i mainly pay attention to the type of pigments ( it can be opaque, metallic, shimmering and so on ) . Then it's practicing and testing things to see what works for you. Usually it dries quickly, just leave the fabric be for a bit and after a day you iron ( and steam) the fabric. Specific instructions are on the paint bottle. Good luck !
