This song is great for: drinking, relaxing, dancing around fire, sex, walking, running, working out, cooking, grilling, washing dishes, sitting around, lay down and stare at the ceiling, taking a dump, washing your hands, showering, brushing your teeth, shaving, cutting your nails, etc... Warning: Don't try using it to fall asleep because you won't.
@@DaveDuncanMusic he’s still manually and physically inputting that sound on beat and in timing while playing the drums. It’s still pretty cool in my opinion
Kevin also has that kinda tremelo sound in some of his singing that really reminds me of Jack White. Around 2.40 on the "why" it's very obvious. Cool band. Only just found them thanks to Googles randomness xD
@@matthewpangburn525 the drummer is a very pretentious guy who's very full of himself sometimes, love the black keys but damn Patrick can be hard to listen to
Eric has pure talent! to pay the drum's and bass a the same time and Kevin pays a mad guitar too not a lot of duo bands out there and these guys ROCK!!
Two of the most talented individuals I've ever had the pleasure of listening to. They put on a much greater performance than most other bands do and its literately just two guys!!
I was playing The Black Keys in my local watering hole one day and my buddy told me to check out Black Pistol Fire. Very happy he told me. Rock and roll still exists. 🙏🎸🎵🎶
It seems like there's so much stuff going. It sounds really busy, but at the same time there's 2 guys. As busy as it seems to me the fact that there's only 2 guys going at it... That's seriously impressive.
Stephen i mean all it really is in the beginning is a guitar riff with a basic drum beat, bass and vocals, and then for the chorus just bass, a simple drum beat, vocals and a guitar chord every now and then
@@brandonquod4910 bass? You mean a keyboard with effects that sound like a bass...your just another one of those fat lazy bums who sadly attempts to talk people down to your level rather than working your way up to where those are who are obviously better people than you....
the two man band thing is hard to pull off without looking like a white stripes, flat duo jets, black keys thing, however they pull it off authenticity works along with sincerity well done.
I absolutely love Black Pistol Fire...they're incredible!! As much as I love this song on their album..watching them play it live is an incredible experience. It's like they took all the best music genres and combined them to form this amazing band. Long live Black Pistol Fire!!!
Thunderforall * you should check out The Wood Brothers. Very different sound, but their drummer Jano Rix plays Hammond organ while one handing some pretty complex rhythms. Sings harmony too.
Dudes, check out Shakey Graves | Audiotree Live session. He’s singing, playing guitar, drums, and cymbals. The dude is crazy talented. (definitely a different sound though)
KazooLordHD after seeing this i was so excited to listen this on spotify and then i realized its not exactly the same so im kinda disappointed wish they uploaded this version..
Sometimes I wonder Who's keeping you You're pillow's so dry Lonely lonely night It's all i can do Just to keep you from crying Well, it's all I can do Just to keep you satisfied Now you pick up all the love When the push comes to shove See you had about enough But, you still call my bluff Well I done, done my time And I'm done asking why You won't see me cry See me cry Sweet darlin', not one single tear over you Sometimes I tremble Sometimes I shake She lead me straight On the freight train to heartache It's all I can do Just to keep you from cryin' It's all I can do Just to keep you satisfied Now you pick up all the love When the push comes to shove See you had about enough But, you still call my bluff Well I done, done my time And I'm done asking why You wont see me cry See me cry Yeah, see me cry Sweet darlin', not one single tear over you You should be my soul Every other night For your weepin' eyes When your tears came rolling down Just a bit of love keep you warm Now we spoke tongue to tongue Still you slowly watch me drown Well I done, done my time And I'm done asking why You wont see me cry See me cry Yeah, see me cry Sweet darlin', not one single tear over you Sometimes I wonder Who's keepin' you Your pillow's so dry Through the lonely, lonely night It's all i can do Just to keep you from crying Well, it's all i can do Just to keep you satisfied Now you pick up all the love When the push comes to shove See you had about enough But you still call my bluff Well I done, done my time And I'm done asking why You wont see me cry Yeah, see me cry Sweet darlin', not one single tear over you
Now, there's the kind of two-piece that you don't see every day! Somehow, it takes White Stripes to another level. Less raw, but same amount of passion and honesty! I am glad I found this band; thank You,Tube.
Love their albums! from start till end not a single song to dislike. awesome rock and sweet licks and a great voice that keeps you movin‘ ! Good passion!
How many guitarists? One? Rhythm and lead? And where is the bass player? He's on drums.. Uh huh. Where is the drummer then? He's on bass... Playing the keys. So who is singing? The guitarist. The one playing lead or rhythm? Yes. Hey Abbooooot!
Had the pleasure of seeing these guys play Edgefest in Dallas last year. They put every other act on the bill to shame. Absolutely phenomenal show. I wish they'd come through my home town so that I don't have to drive 6-10 hours to see them again.( They're good enough that I'd probably make the trip anyway. Yes. They kick that much ass.)
Wow!!! Am loving this. Frigging awesome rock blues. Guitarist is lapping it up. Never seen a drummer play drums and a synth. You guys certainly know how to rock.
Was jamming to Cam Coles, who can do everything these guys do by himself, when lo and behold. You tube did it again by blowing my mind, again with Black Pistol Fire this time! That Firebird got some FIRE ASS tone going!! Can't wait to get my Swamp Thang out da pawnshop so I can jam alongwith this one.😎🎸
Had the opportunity to see them live last night in Philly with Blackfoot Gypsies opening and both band were fantastic! I know people have said it but I want to Thank Jack White for inspiring a new generation of young guitar plays! Both bands you could tell are influenced by JW and for the first time in a long time I have hope for the future of rock music!
Maciej Qas it’s cool how they are just two people (black keys always bring more people along to perform their songs) but in my opinion the singing on the black keys is better and the lyrics, more memorable guitar parts. Both great bands though. Pat definitely couldn’t play a bass line at the same time as the drums
Two more good Canadian boys who had to go south of the 49th to get noticed. Very sad for all Canadian musicians that we never ever seem to know what we have until the Americans tell us that they're the bomb. And these two should blow up. Good luck lads.
@@waynethera2712 Thanks for that, I appreciate the tip. I didn't know about Blue Stones and now they're playing as I write. Great stuff. I wonder though, COVID and Spotify have conspired and changed so much about performance and recorded music, I hope there is still a future for people who want to create audio. My time started 40 years ago and I had a good run but for folks still trying to run up that hill, it's got to be daunting. What am I saying? Music has always been tough. Ironic then that the creative plane is inhabited by "dreamers". To every creative everywhere, dream on. We need you more than ever.
Donald MacGregor, hey I’m glad you like them. I find it amazing the new artists continue to find a way to keep it fresh. Like I said both of these bands are very new to me and they are exactly right up my alley. I too am up there in years and without RU-vid I would have missed a lot. Have you heard of Reignwolf? Another great Canadian artist. Start with, Black and Red and Are You Satisfied.
Slash sucks These guys are pretty fucking epic but you’re either a troll or a complete moron for that statement..And your username. Please also clarify who between Cornell and White was the “screamo grunge shit” lol TF?!
Wow, acabo de descubrir este grupo, me parece espectacular, sin duda alguna, las comparaciones con The White stripes y Black keys por su formato están ahí, pero me han gustado mucho y tienen mucho feeling. Bravo
That drummer - he has the feel. Drummers can play a billion 64th notes across a dozen toms and it doesn't mean much to me, but when someone has the intonation and the feel it makes me close my eyes and listen.
