I bought a bag of caffeinated as F.... it is my new morning must have. It is overall smooth with a medium roast. No bitterness or anything like that. But the caffeine is incredible. ... it was a bit much for the first cup I was alive and too energetic ... but now.. I only make one cup in the morning and I'll be charged all day.
Hi guys, I wanted to let you know that i tried a bag of just black and was blown away at how good it was. It was nutty, bold, smooth, and amazing. So after i finished the bag i got another from a different retailer and it was exactly like your describing, not bad but no flavor. Only thing i can think of it one bag sat a lot longer than the other one, or possibly the beans were sourced from a different place, since i think these are blends? Just thought I'd share. Another one to try is Kickapoo supernova extra dark one of my favorites in a french press and tons of flavor without bitterness, for drip machines i like the medium roast Brazilian from cabin coffee, since they use an air roaster it gives it a different very nutty quality and is probably the best coffee I've had according to my tastes.
Spc Sepulveda here chiming in on your review on Black Rifle JB.. You had mentioned that it was a more on the coarse side ground cut !!! You had given it a bad review due to it being bland tasting, but you failed to add to the equation that all coffee grounds are not meant to be prepared in a drip coffee machine, depending on the cut , they where designed for other coffee methods such as a French press, siphon pots and cone filter method too mention just a few a the most popular alternatives to traditional drip in most homes .. I myself am a Keurig fan , that being said , I love your show and hopefully in the near future you could start experimenting with other methods for a more fair judgement.. Keep grinding and one last question... WHAT DO YOU DO WITH ALL THAT COFFEE 🤔😊????
Yes, we agree that it could be better when made with a different method. But, we know that many many people just use an automatic drip machine and that's how most of our reviews are done...as you know 😀 Thank you so much for watching and commenting! We will definitely be introducing different types of methods and reviews along with some side by side comparisons. Hahahaha! We drink most of it. 3-4 cups a day each. Some we give away.

@@CoffeeCoffeeCoffeeAndBooks a grinder makes all the diffrence, i always grind my beans less than 3 mins before i brew and that optimal freshness is huge for flavor. i do mostly espresso for the most part though
I got this in the k cup and it's my new go to for coffee. I think though the cut is thicker and I think a French press would work a lot better. Semper Fi brother
So about a week ago I bought a bunch of these Verena Street Mississippi Grogg coffee at my local Jewel grocery store on clearance for .99 a box & each box has 12 k cups in it. The flavor is a blend of butterscotch, caramel & hazelnut, this coffee actually tastes very good & it was a heck of a deal I bought everything they had there about 6-8 boxes LoL 😀. Anyways I'm just wondering if you guys have reviewed this brand of coffee and or this flavor or other flavors?
bullshit! just because you don't particular like it doesn't mean its shit coffee. they have several roasts and I'm certain you haven't tried them all. I've had Freedom Roast, Just Black, and AK-47 espresso blend. all were decent.
You’re right it isn’t anything special. That’s why it’s called JUST BLACK....because it is just black coffee. With that said Black Rifle Coffee does have some incredible roasts. Their customer service is a cut above everyone else. Their branding is as good as it can get and they are passionate about what they do. You can not go wrong with Black Rifle

Not a good review based on the reasoning to give a low score. The flavor is “JUST BLACK” and the feedback was that the flavor was “kind of bland.” While it is true that most coffee by Black Riffle could be more robust, of course a coffee with the name Just Black is not going to have a super strong flavor.
I drink all my coffee "just black" and many of them have great flavor. I think they just were missing something for my taste. But taste is very subjective.

Don't like " Angry" coffee..( need to picture that in ur own mind). My Regular is New England Columbia Supremo. Which is Ok but not consistent. I want Just a Regular Med coffee. Newman's Special..Is just that,For Dessert time or Company,or late afternoon. Found my 2nd bag,don't like it as much..Hmm?? 📍 Another to check..I Hop. But to make it,takes 1 1/2 per 6 oz Hmm?
