I dont care what people say... TYR is a good album, and TONY MARTIN is amazing!! He's so underrated.. His voice is so clear and powerful! Insanely good singer.

Tony Martin is not underrated…..Most people who have a clue what a great vocalist is,Claim he was one of the greatest voices of all metal history. Only the 'sports fans' of metal say different.

Tony was the first vocal that I ever heard in Sabbath's. For me, the great voice of Black Sabbath that showed to us so many fuckin vocals like Glenn Hughes and the monster Ray Gillen. Undeniably, Ozzy was a catalyzer of heavy metal, but for me, Sabbath is Tony Martin!

2:37 I thought that was Liam Neeson. I recognized him. I looked up this video in the description. I might watch this movie. By the way, great video. Anytime I hear this song, this is exactly what goes in my mind.
I wish they'd bring Tony Martin back instead of having thrown him out. He has an incredible voice. In fact, my favorite eras are Ozzy and Tony Martin eras. I don't know why they threw him out of the band.
Ozzy's years were good! but let's face it Sabbath growed into a mighty metal potence without him! And Ozzy grew as a great artist who created masterpieces!
Great job on the video and movie too, despite the weakling and wuss Orlando Bloom in it... Sabbath with Tony martin was underrated.... long as Iommi is slingin' the riffs is Sabbath to the core!
Pretty much agree, yes. And btw, I also believe that the 2009 album THE DEVIL YOU KNOW should be attributed to "Black Sabbath" and not to that "Heaven & Hell"...
I also think TM sings flawless, but that's also the problem - he's too perfect, and that tends to get a bit boring. Maybe a reason to why he is "underrated". Am I wrong?

@brnleague99 just finished checking it out... fucking A!!!!!!!!!!!! will check out rest of the songs... thanks for turning me on to it bro... this is the sort of music that lives on friends, like Dio said once in an interview, "I may not have the most fans, but I certainly have the best"... Tony Martin IMO had the best Sabbath lyrics right next to Dio... I don't bother comparing who's the best singer since I enjoy them both same with Ozzy or any of my other favorite Rock stars... We Rock!

Iommi has admitted that Tony Martin has a great voice and can write incredible lyrics, HOWEVER his stage presence was poor and lacked a lot of potential. He is spot on in my opinion. I love the Martin albums, but on stage was night and day with any other singer
