So here I was looking at various videos similar to this and they all seemed to spike my anxiety/energy I think because they had high pitches mixed with the low then as soon as I played this my whole soul just felt soothed and at ease. I'm new to this as I normally sleep in silence. I can't stand the sound of rain or nature etc but this? This I can deal with. Thank you 😊

YT recommended yesterday the 432Hz and I tried it just to see how it would go. I had one of the weirdest nights ever. Within a few minutes I felt like a pressure around my brain, staying lucid while unable to do anything on my own, weirdly agitated until I finally woke up during the night. I tried this version before going to sleep just to see if would affect my head again or was I just going crazy yesterday...and it does. I immediately start to feel something weird in my head.
