It's surely worth a good watch, mate. However, this series is drawn out and would have been better served with two fewer episodes. Erase the dribble and drunkenness and get on with the facts in the case.

Started watching it and in the first 6 minutes i felt his pain deeply and why he wanted to be hit and started singing happy bday!!! I havent gotten past 6:10 in the first episode but already…. I feel ur pain brother!!!!

Fantastic series, a real who-done-it right up to the end and they gave a sensitive view of indigenous community and family - I really recommend Black Snow!

You think about how a single detective goes through all this work, suffering, torment of loose ends to find a killer for a single girl and ask is it worth it? Then you actualize the girl's life with videos of happiness of her and the whole ordeal seems totally justifiable

Song is called Unforgettable but I don't know who does this version. Was originally done by Nat King Cole. His daughter went into the studio after he died and recorded a 'duet' with her father's original recording. Sia did a good version fairly recently but I don't know who did this one.

On episode 1 at 21:01 you see a 1997 Mitsubishi magna parked on side of the road. Izzy’ tombstone says she dies in the year 1994. those 97 magnas were the first of the new body shape, and would not be released while she was still alive. Seems petty but i had to stop watching the show when I noticed this. pretty poor attention to detail when they have rounded up all these early model cars in the background, and the one in plain sight was not even released until after izzy had died

Not bad. Sometimes unnecessary repetitions just to fill the time. A bit confusing the way the aboriginals look. Some are very dark, others like mulattos or indians. It is a pity not much scenery is shown around that place. Also for someone not from Australia it is very hard to figure out which year the things are happening. 1994 looks like the seventies, 2019 like around 2000, the fashion is quite old, houses too, cars ...

The town it is filmed in is very like that....Proserpine is a beautiful gem that has only in the last few years been affected by progress even though its on the doorstep to the Whitsundays. So yes...1994 will look like the 70s!
