The psychological thriller starring Natalie Portman and Mila Kunis about a ballerina, is one trippy film! I enjoyed this film much more than I thought I would, of course having the two leads have a "special" scene doesn't hurt either! Giggity!

When you said "you're only here for that one scene" i thought you were referring to the scene where she rips the skin off her finger. That's the first thing that comes to mind when i think about this movie. Then when it turned out you were talking about the scene where Natalie portman and mila kunis make out, i was like "oh yeah, that also happens", it's such an insignificant scene in my memory.

"The only person standing in your way is you." Fun Fact: The script took around ten years to make it to the screen. Real Dancing Fact: Both Mila Kunis and Natalie Portman have praised choreographer Benjamin Millepied for altering the choreography enough to allow them to do most of their own dancing and to help them appear like professionals. Good Frienemies Fact: Natalie Portman revealed that director Darren Aronofsky would subtly try to pit her and Mila Kunis against each other during filming in an attempt to increase the on-screen tension between their characters. This included keeping the two actresses separated during filming and sending each of them intimidating text messages about each others performance that day. However, according to Kunis, this backfired; because they were already good friends before filming, whenever they would get wind that the other one was doing really well, they would respond in congratulatory support, not rivalry.

when I saw this the first time, I thought it was a horror film, full stop. A deep dive into the world of a fragile, sensitive performer, striving for the unreachable, quicksilver meeting of technical perfection and the mysterious, undefinable, and eternal beauty of art. She loses her mind in the process. Thanks for taking us on this ride, Jason. Your humour and observations made this a much more meaningful experience for me, making it more than a voyeuristic musing on upsetting subjects. Good luck with your leg surgery, and keep up the great videos!

That scene isn't exactly hot either. It's weird and the Swan change takes you out of it

1. There is definitely padding in pointe shoes. Some even use lamb's wool. 2. Can you do the Susperia (2018) remake? It's similar to this in that it's a ballet psychological thriller/horror.

The difference is that this is about witches. It's rare that a remake can top the original. Tilda Swinton plays 3 roles in this. Also, Mia Goth is in this and Dakota Johnson. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-BY6QKRl56Ok.html

Natalie Portman did her own dance scenes but she injured her toes a lot which would stop filming so the joke on set would call her Port-man-toe.
