I love that Blackened Thrash sounds a lot like the transitional bands of the 1st Wave Black Metal like Bathory or Sarcofago. The energy of thrash mixed with the harshness of black metal mixes perfectly.

I'm not really sure but I assume resting your hand when possible and stretching your wrist and fingers might help. Most likely if you're a beginner you would start feeling your wrist much faster than sessioned guitarists since your wrist isn't really used to the repeated motions, so keep your playing a bit varried.

Sounds Like Exodus Riffs, But Blackened Thrash was purely Provenance to Early Sodom and Early Sepultura Then even That's to say Bathory and Celtic Frost were very important to the Genre of Blackened/Thrash Suicidal Winds and Desaster, Hellripper, and Skeleton-Witch is one of the great bands for me.
