You can buy film at Yodobashi Camera or Kitamura. The Yodobashi is complete variety where Kitamura maybe can get lower price. There are two bigger Yodobashi shop in Tokyo, one is in Shinjuku but the film building is a little bit difficult to find the another one is in Akihabara that's easy to find. Bon voyage ：）

What ss and aperture did u mostly use at night with 1600 iso? Also how did u meter?

Most of time I was using 1/60 f2 or f1.4, that's over about one stop from metering result. Some times I was using 1/15 f1.4 in darker alley. I usually meter the ground.
