Firstly, I am a white guy. I used to vote Democrat and was raised in a strong Democrat family that voted that way for generations. However, the Democratic party used to hold a different set of priorities and agendas. I remember watching debates and both sides had credible arguments to important topics plaguing the American people as a whole. Now, we see the party disintegrate into a radical faction of far fetched ideals and notions, carried towards the outlyers of society with no grasp of the important dier issues that are eating away the very foundation of America. I am now a supporter of the rational republican party. I want the best for all Americans. Especially the ones beaten down and lied to for so long, no matter their skin color. From the poor Appalachian coal miner to the Detroit auto worker who had their job leave, to the black man with no job to have. We are all in this thing together, and maybe we can finally come together and say that we have had enough of the lies.
