This man needs to check his facts. Trump inherited a positive trend in unemployment which continued during his tenure. The unemployment rate for all three groups had fallen substantially under President Barack Obama from the recession-era levels of 2009.

Um, people been getting home mortgages before trumps 4 little years of turmoil, and afterwards. Just because my last home payment was made while Obama was in office doesn't make me just vote democratic. I make more money now then ever before, so I automatically should vote Biden right. Wiping out college loan debt for Americans, lowering the costs to diabetes medication, getting to the lowest unemployment in this country's history, Setting in place an $8 maximum to credit card late fees instead of paying out in the 30's, and strengthening the funding to the pell grant system back to proper levels to aid students across this country to get a higher education. Now, those things will get people out to the polls. All has happened under Biden/Harris, all has helped Americans in this country. So Biden/Harris will be getting my vote.

I was a stay at home mom but I went back to work to help my husband out as we transition to buying a home because things are so high. And yet it almost seems like I’m spending more.

I really really hoped they'd work out a deal where DeSantis finished out his last two years as gov and then joined Trump either as VP or Sec of State. This would have given him some foreign affairs experience and training under Trump. Setting us up for 8 years of DeSantis which could be long enough to get enough done for a long term change. Not sure that is as likely now that he did run against Trump, but you never know.

He has done a lot to try to prevent teachers from propagandizing students to promote the new gender/lgbt ideologies and/or the idea that white people are a uniquely depraved racial group who never did anything good in the world and who will never give anyone of color a chance. Ditto for the Disney corporation. I don’t think that’s an exhaustive list of the good things that DeSantis has done but it’s a start.

I don’t speak politics often; but when talking to my Hispanic neighbors they all ( 3 families, both houses next to me and 1 across the street) have said the same thing. Most impressive was their kids who just graduated high school in past few years who have learned what politics a candidate and political party really is about and what actions they’ve done, they choose to vote for Trump for the first time they can vote for a president being 18+ years old now & become republican on their own. That’s what everyone, race, ethnicity, gender; and religion, class, etc… , should be doing, deciding on their own political ideas and beliefs! Thanks for sharing your story of how you decided who to support on your own, and dealt with backlash from your family who then made their decisions after learning about the candidates and political parties! @@NetDive My father was in the rakkasans & 82nd Airborne and he says this would not work unless the illegal is already very loyal to the country - and there is no sure fire way to determine that. You cannot have a bunch of people that are aligned & loyal to their home country fighting America's wars or defending our nation. Look at what happened to Rome when they began enlisting those outside of their borders. It's one of the reasons Rome fell. Not a good idea when you dive into it deeper. The best thing to do is to create an online Asylum claim website with judges who are also online. 99% of the claims are not warranted anyway. So do it online while the asylum seeker is in their own country. Nowadays every South American country has smart phones... and if they don't, they can go to an American Embassy to apply on a PC, like people used to do at libraries. You would have screeners... like they do in call centers... that will look over their initial claim (this will help with the number of judges). If the person does not fit the criteria for Asylum, they never even get in front of the judge. As for those that just want to work here, we already have programs for that. We just need to have more man power to deal with the green cards and such. We need to ensure these people can afford their own medical, housing, food when here so it does not hurt the American Tax Payer or our people who need assistance. As for those that actually want to be USA citizens, it must be based on merit. Can they contribute? What do they have to offer? We also must end illegal birth right citizenship, weed out the cartel, deport those that came here illegally and disrespected our laws, finish the wall, fix the census rules so that Democrats can no longer count illegals in census, and ensure that anyone coming here that is not a citizen is not eligible for ANY tax payer benefits.
