Crimson is truly describing my life. I was raised by a wonderful mother. But, I, too, grew into a man chronologically before I became a man MENTALLY. I had a decent life as far as the way I was raised, but I learned earlier on that my peers who had their fathers in their lives were far superior to me as a child. Thus, I had to make many, many poor choices before it sunk in. I committed crimes, such as selling drugs and robbed people. At the age of 18, I went to prison for 3 1/2 years. I am now 42, and, though I had my mishaps in life, I am able to move forward, professionally. Today, I deal with anger and low tolerance - attributes only fathers teach their sons to overcome. I hate to admit it but sons who grow up without fathers, like myself, struggle throughout life. We often grow up teaching ourselves everything through trial and error and it creates a propensity for anger and violence, and I am a poster child of such instances.

I live in Chicago and was born in the south side and raised in the south (Mississippi & Tennessee) and I 1000% agree. My cousin was just shot in her house 4 times on 87th and Vincennes, I’ve been robbed in Maywood which isn’t south but still Chicago, my car has been broken into 3 times in 8 days in my own driveway, I lived on 122nd and Halsted and moved myself and children out within 2 mos bc my landlord lived below me and was getting her behind whooped every morning and arguing extremely loudly with her boyfriend who started coming in the building without permission and I was terrified he would harm her and bullets don’t have names. When I lived up north in Logan Square I never had a single problem! I lived in a Latino community where everyone but my neighbor and I were married and had children so it was a protective family environment. I’m moving back to Mississippi in a few mos bc I’m done with the south side & Chicago. I just met a girl who had her Mercedes coupe shot up 52 times with a shotgun out west after getting her hair done, we met at the gun range and discussed all the violence going on & how we have to protect ourselves & escape. Ain’t no men around aside from adult husband-sons, this is all the work of us black women and our failures! Where my family in their small Mississippi town live not a single murder has happened in 3 years, I can’t wait to go back.

The Detroit three hundred, My brothers keeper, The Contract with Black America, and I will even throw in an extra bonus, The Moynihan Report and black women abandoning the Civil Rights Movement. First, The Detroit Three Hundred, was a group of black men who decided to do what the police in that city was not doing, and deal with the elements in the community that made it unsafe. They would round-up the wanted criminals the cops were not able find, take drug dealers to the police with video evidence and more, while trying to rebuild and clean up the community. You would think everyone would be happy about this, but you would be wrong. A group of black women used the courts and threatened to sue the Detroit Three Hundred, because the black women didn't like the fact their criminal baby daddies and son-husbands were being arrested and locked. But you know that just like those women you would do anything to not have to deal with black male leadership and authority. Second, The Contract with Black America, was idea Ice Cube, came up with. He went to various experts in aspects of society to find out what the black community needs to become a thriving community like all the non-black communities you mentioned. When they were done they decided that just like all the other groups, they will go to both political parties and see which would be willing to work with us and give us the best deal. We all know what happened next, black women lost their minds and attacked it even through most of them never read it. We will not forget how black women disrespected both Ice Cube and the Contract by telling him to sit down and shut up, and go on to act like black women are different and separate from the rest of black America. Third, My Brothers Keeper, was a plan created during the Obama administration to deal with the fact that although there are many programs for black girls, there wasn't any for black boys. And we all know what happened, again black women got upset and wanted to have some control and input. But those same women refused to have men involved in any leadership position for the black girl programs because only black women knows and understands what black girls need. But for some reason that same logic for men is misogyny, make that make sense. An extra bonus answer, The Moynihan Report and black women abandoning the Civil Rights Movement. The Moynihan Report was basically a look at plight of the black community and it's core the black family under the pressures of Jim Crow, segregation, and blatant discrimination especially against black men. Because as everyone including all you Cynthia-G clones knows it is not the women that other groups are WS fear it has always been the "MEN". The Report also gave suggestions about what needed to be done to correct the injustices in any civil rights legislation moving forward. But white women still upset that black men got the right to vote before them saw the report and some of the civil rights legislation coming up and decided to make sure that they are not left out this time. But they had one major problem, they didn't have the numbers needed. So they went to the next large group that they could sell the idea of male oppression to, black women. Despite the fact that black women weren't oppressed or controlled by black men like white women were by white men. White women told black women that once the legislation passes black men will at almost the same level as white men and at that point start acting like white men which would lead to them oppressing black women. And although there was nothing in their shared history that indicated that would happen black women decided to jump on the white feminist train so the legislation could be changed to add women and once that was done white women took the lions share of opportunities that became available and left some crumbs for black women and kicked them to the curb. But this isn't the first time white women were able use the fact that black women want to be close to them so bad she would do things that are against her best interests and that of the community. Black women have been artificially given power over the community by WS, because they know you don't know how to use it, you are too selfish to share it, and you will never use it to challenge them. You really only have one job in their mind, and that is to keep who they really fear from advancing and that is black men. But you already knew that, but you like to act dumb and ask silly questions like this one.
