My name is Kendra (my government name), but I’m also known around the Black Manosphere as DJ Fish Grease. That’s because I COOK, and I’m talking DEEP FRY, the foolishness that goes on in our communities. .... and that's why so many of us black women suffer the way we do as we get up there in age. We suffer from depression, misery, and loneliness which lead to us becoming overweight and fat because we never did right, nor did we act right in the presence of a good man. It's sad that 80% of us BW are big and fat. We replace the comfort of a man with comfort food. Karma has a way of running its course on those who take people for granted. This is our fault. We brought this problem onto ourselves. This is why so many of us black women feel unprotected because we have sh*tted on a group of good black men, who suppose to protect us. We can't sh*t on our black men and expect them to protect us when it's convenient for us. It doesn't work that way. It never had, never did, and never will. Remember, protection is earned, not given.

We as black women need to learn how to listen to our black men. So many of us expect our black men to listen to us but we don't want to listen to our black men. So many of us want to tell our black men what to do but we don't want our black men to tell us what to do. This is why so many of us black women will never be successful with a black man. We can't be successful with any man until we learn how to be successful with a black man. We, as black women, can save ourselves so much anguish and grief if we learn to listen to our decent black black men and stop trying to compete with them. We must learn how to work as a partnership, not as an opponent, with our black male counterparts. Unfortunately, we have allowed feminism, which is the right arm of white supremacy, to turn us against our black men. That's why so many of our black men won't protect us anymore until we do right, and act right by them. We have to be respectable in order to be protectable. That's how it works! It is, what it is! So stop screaming "Protect Black Women!" if you can't do right, and act right, by our black men. The people who turned us against our black men aren't protecting us at all. Instead, they're killing us, beating us up, and laughing at us. It shows through their actions because we can see it through their action. That's how we know!

She's telling it like it is. Many more of them want our lives. As women age, the lightbulb 💡💡 comes on and they realize they don't have much more time, they lack security, are at a great loss because of it, lack companionship as men's stares, glances & approaches decline. They are lonely, 😢😭, tired of being alone, tired of having to work & having all pressures on their shoulders, tired of increasing body counts with no commitment, have taken on scars which might be emotional, physical or mental and they come to realize they messed up and made some real mistakes in their lives. Some may get another chance but many will not. Young ladies, tread lightly and be careful and use the cost-benefit analysis as you move throughout this life. What will your actions and decisions cost you and how will your actions and decisions benefit you. Think before doing. We all reap what we sow.

I finally walked away and met my wife and we've been married for over 20 years 2 kids 1 just graduated college and another one in private school about to graduate high school. I run into the wx's family from time to time. She never married, no kids, financial issues and mad st the world. And loses it whenever my name comes up even though she broke up with me and dogged me. In my teens I was told being a "good girl" was not it....they told me "hoe was life!".....fast forward the tables have turned. Men are rejecting more 304s as time goes by. I stayed 10 toes down on who I am and have high-quality options bc of it. I advise quality men to do the same, don't switch up and lower your standards to fit with low quality wmn.......it will bite you in the 🍑 later when you meet your high-quality helpmate.

Cooking and cleaning is BASIC and bare minimum BW. That will pass for the basic BM but not of a man with higher standards. There is a “Other” category of brothers that require a lot more. Cooking and cleaning is basic to us because we understand that you should’ve been taught certain things as a child that should’ve carried over into adulthood.

Black women hold their beauty well into their 40s if they take care of themselves. Unfortunately, this can develop the mindset that “ I can go through my hoe phase” until I'm older. The aging effect can be a blessing and a curse.

Black women as a whole do indeed remain beautiful into their 40s, but their fertility and often their overall health doesn't defy age or biology. Staying in the 304 phase also damages them psychologically to the point that many of them don't know how to function in a relationship when they decide it's time to finally settle down. There is one HBP( Human Behavior Pattern) I see alot that majority of these ABFs (American Black Females) have in common which is no blue print of a man demonstrating how ROBs or HVMs operate. If they would have learned growing up I don't think they would have participate in the 304 phase. They use the phase to figure out men only to find out later in life there could have been a better way or so far gone they will ruin any good men because they can't see another female have what she wanted

I recently had a woman ask what type of car I drove? Asked if I have a lot of money because I was confident? I explained what type of car I drove and that I can afford to upgrade if I wanted too. As far as money I have I nice savings put a side. Well we hooked up went out to dinner and I saw what she drove which is a jeep with a banged up right passenger side panel, and one of the lights need fixed. I did not say anything but it made me think that she is busy worrying what I drive/ how much money I have that she can’t even get her car fixed, plus she doesn’t mind being the side chick, she is 45 years old and still the side chick chasing behind a dude that she has been dealing with off and on as his side chick for 20 years. Well we went out once…. That’s all I needed to see to set that garbage free.

Dylan Hill that was some real good feedback. I see it regularly in the hood. I'm going to tell you how why these black women sound so crazy. I have personally seen, and heard of black men falling in love with black women that everybody knew was a 304 including him. Case in point there was always a girl in the hood guys ran trains on??? Nevertheless their is always going to be that one guy who falls in love, and runs all the other guys off?? There are plenty blue collar black men who want to marry black women. However black women want to be the center of attention like the world revolves around them, and they also have to be in control??? Therefore even when they do get married they have to be able to run all over their Husband's, and still cheat on them???

@@claykendall7681 I must say that this is a vicious cycle. A few friends have been trapped or stay in these relationships over the years. One friend had a breakdown and has been experiencing his own so called Crying Game. He now lives with his trans girl friend who treats him well. Men have to talk and mentor each other more. At the end of the day wise choices save a guy from a lot of grief.

But we know the action of behaving of low worth means if you don't have low worth now, you will later if you keep allowing those actions. There are so many dysfunctional positions out there these days, i'm over it...

I recently had a colleague, ask me, "Where are all the good black men?" I answered her and said. "Look in your reject pile! I guarantee you there are quite a few good ones there!"
