I'm trying to figure out WHY do they hire sisters in customer service. Why ?

He's not lying. I was a customer service manager. They were horrible workers.

BRO!!!! This is crazy! I was just at Jersey Mike’s and had a similar thing happen. The person I had was so dismissive . Crazy how 5 years later it’s still a thing. I was so heated that I had to look up a video about this. They wonder why we look at them with disregard. Their attitudes is atrocious (not all mind you). They talk to us (black men) even worse. Yet with everyone else it’s “yes ma’am ,no ma’am “. If you don’t want to work then say that.

They did me like that too when I ordered a sub one time...I wanted a meatball sub with chicken chopped up and she acted like she didn’t want to make it because it was something she never made before...I’m like your menu says any custom sub is this price..she had a jacked up attitude the whole time...it’s crazy

I avoid block women in every area of my life. They are too problematic and quick to turn violent.

It's a long standing question why do women with such bad attitudes get hired for customer service jobs..Gotta be for some other reason than customer service.

Im so glad I ran across your video. You are telling the truth. Not just at customer service but at the post office and at the hospital. Black nurses bully each other on the job and some are nasty with patients. Great video.

From what other people have told me a lot of them grew up on social service and certain policies changed to where they have to work a certain amount of hours at a job to continue to collect taxpayer money. So they're bitter at the fact that they actually have to make an effort to support themselves.

It amazes me of the extreme disrespect that sistas have for other sistas in the work place. I'd rather not work for or work with most black woman.I hate to comment this...but it is what it is. This does not apply to all...but most of my experiences have been negative. Some white women are hell too..but I'm not surprised and was prepared for the privileged mentality and racism to whoever it applied to. It's sad and hurtful based on how black women are generally treated,but to show that level of disrespect toward their own...it's sad. I hate to even support some black businesses ..because egos become inflated,no appreciation of business support and lack of quality customer service. I just shop where it's convenient for me...and whoever benefits from my purchases..so be it. I may be speaking for alot of black women. The next time people wonder why some black business are not supported..read my comment.

Not just black women I've had several white women and women in general be excessively rude for no reason at all. Had a white woman just the other night have an attitude from the get go (while with my daughter too) and I stayed polite as possible and on the way out the door she said "spit in your pizza" which I didnt catch at 1st (thought she said "spinning" or something) but heard her and turned around and said "Im sorry?" she acted as if she didnt say anything and I realized what she said as I walked out because she was smiling and acting sarcastically. Another girl got angry with me at Lowes while I was on my headset with a customer of mine she came across the store to flirt, I pointed at my headset like I'm on the phone right now. She said "you aint nobody special!" and walked off real quick like a little child. I've had several numerous other instances and really over the last few years especially, and seems like it is just getting worse with women in general. If I can, I just try to avoid women in the work place and have become so disgusted with their behavior I don't even try and talk to many in general anymore because they act like they're all that and a bag of chips when in reality most are as shallow as a mud puddle. I blame it on feminism mainly but egoism in general today. Just no humility as well no compassion, patients, etc.

I lived in Charlotte NC for 19 years and have experienced the disrespect and poor interpersonal skills displayed during their interactions with the public at fast food and in a supermarket. I think it's their upbringing.

I wouldn't have even given her energy, I never make people take my money.

Walmart is awful in general. unfortunately where i live it is the only "choice".

Hey, it’s not just black men who receive bad customer service. I’m white, and I found your page because I was curious as to why black women are so difficult to deal with. Not all black women but so many of them. I thought they just hated white people. I am from Charlotte NC and am an alumni at UNCC. I don’t agree with everything you said but I enjoyed hearing your perspective. Peace and prosperity to you.

The main thing you did wrong brother....you asked her a question and you actually did too much engaging. Keep your mouth shut!!! And do what some white people do.....talk to the manager. Get her name and report it to the manager. Black men need to stop letting some of these black women to disrespect. You are right, its self hatred. BUT that's NOT your fault and issue. They will treat a white man TOTALLY different.
