I appreciate the kind words. Ive got good news and bad news. The good is I will be back. The bad, not for a few more years. Nowadays the knives are very few and far between. A lot of life changes took place and until we get the kids raised up and put of the house, choices had to be made. Dont think ill ever be able to fully rebuild my reputation but there will come a day that I will start to repair it.

Have the woodsman model, production and custom. Yes I do agree his blades are at lt Wright levels. You’d have to take a bunch of blades into woods to know how a knife done right makes a difference in use and performance.
A couple years back, the owner of Blackfeather Knives ran into some personal barriers to keeping up with orders. This forced him to close shop until he is able to fulfill all the past orders and revisit his strategy. At least that's my understanding of the situation.
