It would be better if they were sugar free! However, if there's only 4g of sugar, that's really not that much sugar and it doesn't go over the recommended daily value, especially for women. I remember my nutritionist telling me to not go over 24g of sugar per day. that includes fruit. Which we all know fruits have sugar because they are naturally sweet. So its best to switch up and consume more citrus type fruit to avoid overconsumption of sugar. The website also states these vitamins are gluten free ingredients , Gelatin Free Halal certified, if this not the case, they are false advertising.
