Look at what product binding compounding products you are consuming as a consumer. Propolyene Glycol hibition of B1 in metabolism. Makes B1 as the Great masked imitation of multitude of diseases because without B1, Thiamin these diseases exist from lack of metabolism. Doctors MD look at a book they learn. America consumers trusts Drs. To prescribe the pill they as consumer patients need. Miracle pill is Multi billion dollar industry yearly. Problem there is no miracle pill. What prescribing pharmocologically is making them sicker killing them yet blaming on a disease being treated with same pill injectable that is causing exaggeration of symptoms and very possibly the disease itself. Diabetic medication for Insulin dependent diabetics is containing Metformin for example used for insulin dependent diabetes. Yet Propolyene glycol or sister product which ACTUALLY inhibits B1 in body( the catalyst for metabolisms life cycle), producing insulin into metabolism to burn sugar off. Propolyene Glycol produces latic acid. Causes Worneki Encelopathy, Beri beri disease (Chronic hibition of b1, stimulating b1 defiency, Propolyen Glycol causes Keto Acidosis, Coma, death. Policy in Nursing homes is to give diabetic med after checking sugar. Yet they never go back is against policy to recheck to see if the Insulin given was working or was to much especially if the patient did not eat, thus Metformin overdosed patient because Propolyene glycol used as sweetener antifreeze preservative shelf life lengthened causes hibition of Insulin to B1 preventing ability of body to process insulin to reduce burn off excess sugar. Propolyene Glycol causes Alzheimers plaque.... and multitude other diseases that would be cured just by not digesting Propolyene glycol and sister products which are waste products of fossil fuels (petroleum products) is product from extraction of gas. The US companies, medical companies, employ train doctors. Pharmacology drug chemical companies. Remnant though but Company towns still exist. The USA is a company nation. A nation of consumers. And Doctors are the sales represenative to prescribe what consumer is going to buy.

I have Parkinson's caused by a B1 transport issue to my brain. I had almost all those symptoms. I love biking & hiking and no matter how hard I trained, I ran out of energy. I could never keep up with my friends. I was in the military and told them I could breathe when I ran. I told every doctor I had fatigue. Everyone called me a whiner. Within 3-days of starting high dose B1 therapy, 75% of my Parkinson's symptoms are gone. I out hiked my friends from Colorado to the top of a mountain with no extra training. If I eat kidney beans, I get extremely ill. I was tested for a G6PD deficiency. Not it. It is the B1 deficiency. My dad also had cerebellum ataxia cause by this issue. He was never hungry and would fall asleep in his truck. The answer was so simple.

I have had anxiety, stress, panic attacks, insomnia, and now tiredness. Cut off caffeine, sugar, and stimulants. I started taking a few pinches of Himalayan pink salt with clean water and lime every morning. It helps with anxiety, and helps you relax. Start small. If you have high blood pressure, start with small amounts. There's another video where he talks about this on his channel. God bless you.

Taiwo Omotosho MN and when I first got my BN, we studied supplements and diet for less than a day. EVERYTHING I’ve learned has come from colleagues or Naturopathic Doctors (brilliant wealth of knowledge there) or stumbling across Dr. Berg et al. I have to say......I’m anti-vaccine and always will be short of the childhood vaccinations as they have been around so long and the studies are solid on them but anything is a risk. I speak of MMR, DPT as my example of childhood vaccinations that I would say yes to. After that. Nope, nope, nope. The first time I refused a flu vax I had to write a 1000 word essay on WHY I refused. After that, I got smart. There was a group of us that we’re all anti-vax and we signed off on each other’s vaccinations. It’s my body and I shouldn’t be punished or bullied into a vaccine I do not want. When I received my Masters, funny enough.....I was NEVER asked again. I just did or I didn’t go for my shot. Not a word was said. Can’t wait until COVID Vax comes out in 6-7 years (yes, you read that right because THAT is the MINIMUM time studies and trials take.) You’ll see me running the OPPOSITE way as fast as my legs will carry me. I NEVER tell anyone what to do. I just say, do your own research, talk to as many Doctors, Naturopaths and Medical alike, as you can. Ask questions from anyone and everyone. Pharmaceutical companies, pharmacists .... anyone you can think of. Then you can make up an educated mind......and have them all go first.😉

I'm fortunate enough to have a doctor who diagnosed my Vit B1 deficiency. It's the one correction where results were felt very quickly . I have a small farm in the country, and have used Vit B1 injections on my older alpacas who were too weak to get up. Within minutes they're up and looking/acting as if nothing was ever wrong. Vit B1 and Vit D have completely changed my outlook on life.........a lot of wasted years unable to do the things I love, and not understanding why. Hope this video reaches those who need it. Since your first video on B1 I went out and I got two bottles I take four a day it's been 6 days my breathing is excellent I have a CPAP already. I also had extreme extreme fatigue which you answered in the B1 vitamin. I had extreme pain in my back which led to my hands and wrists being numb that is all disappearing if I held something too long my fingers would go numb my hand would go numb but yesterday and today which would have been the 5th day and the 6th day it's barely noticeable. The me that was lying down inside of me asking for rest rest has awakened and the energy is almost to a teenager and I'm 81. laugh out loud. When wearing my mask I don't have to breathe through my mouth and when I take a breath in I can feel the air go all the way up to my eyes which was never before so many more positive things but thank you thank you thank you

I struggled this summer with high anxiety which I’ve never had, ever and vertigo. Confusion was also scary. And very itchy skin. And hives. Went to the doctor and was given Zyrtec and an anti anxiety med ( allergy pill and the other would take weeks to help me, may give me depression and would wake up the next morning with crazy dilated eyes and a drug hangover/dizziness-yikes ) I decided not to go with all that and suffered through it with very little sleep for almost 2 months, with everything all together. I felt I knew I’d done this to myself from the food I ate. I like carbs, salty and sweet. Only occasional frozen vegetables which I microwaved the nutrients out of due to high heat. I’m not much of a meat eater , but over doing my coffee consumption--- I found this video and it’s opened my eyes ❤️. Dr. Berg here, is the first anyone to tell me about a remedy for exercise Intolerance. I’m not overweight, never have been- but hiking, gym class? And none of them can be cured by a single sweep and they just come and go. I lose weight to below normal. I fix my diet, and that help about 20-30%. Recently, i watch Dr.Berg food recommendation and ask myself, what the hell i've been eating? I am not familiar to nutritional yeast for certain, but I buy it online. Just in case I am B1 deficient. I take it and boom!!!!!!!!!!! It works! I eliminate my stool much better in the morning, my gut is much more relieved, and i feel so balanced. I thought I was going to die. So many doctors. So many tests…. Not better. Almost a decade of this I’ve suffered. About 5mi ago I woke up and could hardly walk. Sudden sciatica pain that was unexplained. Debilitating. We did an epidural that didn’t help and then a nerve block. I finally let the gastro doc do all the tests I’d avoided and at the end he said I was perfectly fine but had a severe b-12 deficiency that a recent h-Pilori infection had made worse. I got my first shot and the next day I could see sound and hear color. I was absolutly amazed. I’m happy I’m not dying and looking forward to my next 7 shots but then once monthly for life. He said I can’t store iron and can’t absorb b-12…..so with b-12 shots he’s hoping I’ll store iron and get my red count fixed.

Thank you!!! I was just telling someone, your 'mental illness' is partially, at least, physiological in nature, you may be feeling so lethargic not because you aren't happy with your life, but because you are physiologically depleted; this and regenerating the adrenal glands, rest, relaxation, hope, faith, etc!! How do these things not come into a holistic way of treating any illness, treat the whole organism!!!

I’ve looked into vitamins/minerals connected to anxiety, happiness, depression etc and I think that the ones that seem the most prominent to me is zinc, magnesium, B vitamins, omega 3s and to some extent vitamin D3. It seems like a lot of the B vitamins are related to mental health/energy other than just B1. If someone were having pretty bad anxiety/depression and thinks it’s physiological I’d recommend them Magnesium glycinate or bisglycinate 400-800 mg titrate up to 800 and see if that benefits you more than 400, zinc picolinate 30-60mg would titrate up on that too see if 60 is better or worse than 30, a good B complex vitamin, a fish oil supplement then vitamin D3 1000-5000 IU depending on how much sun they get/have gotten recently or test results if they test. I’d say vitamin D3 is more optional though, if they get enough sun id assume it wasn’t an issue and the studies are more inconclusive on D3’s connection to happiness.
