Like Bratzdad09, I noticed the mistake of the narrator at 5:29 stating the proteins were like life from 3.5 million years ago. He meant to say 3.5 billion years ago. I guess "proofing" isn't part of their professional training.

Aren't those organisms supposed to be some kind of phototrophic bacteria which absorb the sunlight and therefore the hole appears to be inky-black in color? ...

I live here and wouldnt go there, the idea of it just terrify me. The black holes and blue holes in The Bahamas are very dangerous. Some ppl go in and never come out.

i know this is 3 years old, but theres no way for civilians to go there, its restricted to scientists only because of the very unique environment, they don't want a bunch of people to go there and potentially ruin the ecosystem by bringing along harmful contaminants that might affect the natural progression of these life forms.
