It is so annoying when they try and create drama by saying something irrelevant like the fact that the water is devoid of oxygen as if it has any bearing on scuba diving. I am also annoyed by how redundant shows are when talking about the dangers of scuba diving. In today's world, there are thousands of people driving out there, who somehow got their drivers licenses but scare me 1000% more than scuba diving does. If you are incompetent at every level, you will find a way to get yourself killed no matter what it is you do for fun. I liken scuba diving to sky diving, everytime I skydive or base jump, I am fully aware that I am responsible for checking all of my gear thoroughly and the same applies to Scuba Diving and formulating a plan prior to making a dive.
