Blacksad Game Movie /// As usual I used/removed relevant Blacksad gameplay, action packed sequences, important dialogue and all cutscenes to create a fluid cinematic experience, a game movie. We present you Blacksad Game Movie.

SUMMARY:
The early 50s: Joe Dunn, owner of a boxing club, is found dead. Meanwhile, rising star Robert Yale, due to take to the ring for the most important fight of his career, has mysteriously disappeared. Sonia Dunn, Joe’s daughter, takes over the club and must deal with its financial woes. She hires private detective John Blacksad to investigate Yale’s disappearance and to find the missing man. This sinister case will take our investigator to the darkest, most dismal depths of New York. With its anthropomorphic characters and its incredible 1950s feel, BLACKSAD: Under the Skin promises all the eerily dark adventure of a detective novel, just like the eponymous comic book series. Investigations, searches for clues, fights, witness interviews: let your feline instinct guide you as you infiltrate the corrupt world of boxing.

There should be another Blacksad game, this game caught my interest. This game really reminds me of L.A. Noire: both detectives fought in the war and they solve murder cases.

Agreed, I'm a big film noir fan and I like Blacksad a lot. Sadly, it is a hidden gem, and I think the sales weren't top notch to guarantee a sequel. There's plenty of material though, comics etc ^^. Perhaps one day!

@@CrimeFlix maybe the designers should do some improvements to the game. I've noticed the graphic were off and the speech that the characters are speaking was off, distorted, or were silent. If people want to buy the game, the game has to be perfect with no side effects and game issues. That's how you get the sales up and running.

@@alexanderthewolf9435 Yh, there were/are bugs in this game that, by no means, should've been in the final release. Very obvious graphical bugs like you mentioned. It felt somewhat rushed. Nonetheless, I had great fun with it. :)

This game was surprisingly amazing and I think the world needs to know about it, I mean yeah the glitchy clothes and faces are a little annoying, but this story is so good I stayed up until 4 am just to finish watching it. I've never heard of blacksad, but now I want all of comic books.

I like a lot of things about this game. And I can forgive glitches but OMG the load times! Maybe it's petter on pc but on ps4 they were numerous and LONG. Had to resort to watching a playthrough

@@itsdantaylor Yeah, the load times served as loooooooong coffee breaks, def not better on pc. Nothing wrong with watching playthroughs or game movies tho, I do it all the time ;).

Babe I got ALL the books trust me it’s worth it, the art is reminiscent of past Disney a legitimate masterpiece, the story’s? Complex yet fundamentally simple it’s truly Beautiful, they are coming out with more books sometime this year after seven year hiatus I would suggest that you go and read them. You could Get them online but personally i love the hardcover

even though Cassidy was a leering thug and bully i got to say the acting at 2:06:45 is so heartfelt and emotionally charged you kind of feel sorry for him

Honestly I feel like this game did not get enough credit where credit was due this game literally had everything that you would want in a noir style video game from the fact that I had good stories and you could relate to the characters along with the fact that I had moments of comedy. This game felt like before B stars which it was but indeed it has that feel that you can relate to a real good hard blown detective that doesn’t take it easy on the criminals but cares for those who are good.

This is pretty much a telltale game just a bit better but the I think the graphics are not quite up there like to the details of the comics (have not read them but I had seen that they are really good)

Well, telltale games usually have much better presentation. Better audio mixing, voice acting and sound effects. But they are very buggy and the animations are stiff and robotic. Blacksad: Under the Skin is better in that regard. I also REALLY like the music.

The only similarly is the fact that you have to make choices that affect the game but it's only a small part of the gameplay whereas it's a major part of the gameplay in Telltale's recent games. Otherwise it's nothing like a Telltale game. Also, Telltale weren't the first to make choice-based games.

The problem with this game is it lacks the facial expressions the comic does so awesome when conveying emotions. They’re faces with moving mouths.

I like the story very much, I played it on release and it was a buggy mess, I hope it's better now, but it had clipping issues, missing audio, crashes. Thank you for watching!!

@@CrimeFlix I bought it a few months ago and I only had one bug so maybe iit's been improved since. My issue was that one of my saved games wouldn't load. Fortunately, the previous one did and I only had to redo a very small sequence.

I still had so many bugs in my playthrough that i almost gave up. The story was intriguing enough, so i didn't, but some bugs even made following the story tough.

This is good, but I think some parts lacked the music, while others still had it. Either that, or the music in those parts were too soft.

I like this game for 3 things The game is in the 1950s, it has Police Detective stuff, and yes Furry stuff 2 for the characters. Also this game is based of the Comic sires Blacksad and I think in this game it's after all of them. Also remains me of Beastars in the 1950s. One more thing this looks like something the makers of Minecraft story Mode would make.
