@@TrippinBusa he’s just messing with me. A while back they delivered a package that had a knife sticking out of it. They managed to fit it into my mailbox but it got stuck at the lip so I had a hard time getting it out.
@@FullSteamDesigns I should buy junk because the real thing is too expensive? Should I also buy a plastic hammer? I saved for a year to get my Czech anvil and I still have it 25 years later and it is good as new.
@@brokenrecord3523 that’s great. Not everyone has your budget. There’s nothing wrong with this as a starter anvil. Just so you’re aware, I didn’t make this video specifically for you 😂
@@FullSteamDesigns My budget? I saved for a year. Your video was made for you and only you scamming people into buying crap. You have way too thin a skin for YT.
My Vevor anvil may as well be made of cheese, it's so soft it's unworkable. It was sold as hrc 55 but it's definitely just cast iron and it's ring is dead as a dodo. Honestly I'm not sure about this video.
Did you contact them? Maybe there’s a crack or defect in the casting. I’ve used a bunch of them and they were all fine. We have a guy who comes to one of the maker events in NY with a ton of them to teach people to blacksmith.
@@FullSteamDesigns No, sorry, but no! Their web site lists all their anvils as cast iron. I do appreciate them being honest, but a cast iron anvil is JUNK.
