It's about time, that Blackstone Griddle finally stepped up, with an attempted fix for their grease trap problem. Many people own this Griddle and seem very happy, but I agree with Meat Cranium. You want good Blackstone Griddle tips and recipes, check Marc's on the Grill, once you see him , you'll know who he is. And Todd Toven. Hey Cad! So great to see you and this is cool you got the Blackstone stainless steel!! A couple of our friends who do BBQ.. have the Blackstone and it's fun to watch them cook on it! That sucks that they have a dripping issue. Cool little fix to rectify the problem.. so tiny, and inexpensive if you didn't get one with the griddle!! I am a CAMP CHEF FTG600 owner, and the only positive thing that Blackstone has over camp chef is that it is wider. .My Camp Chef came pre-seasoned and has no grease dripping issues. A must to cook on a flat top griddle Has to be Philly cheesesteaks

We love our Blackstone Griddle :-) I use a cheap wooden skewer for my drain hole and it works perfect :-) My first video using the Blackstone was a Monster Omelette which has over 90K views so I think you should do one too :-) A "BIG"thumbs up :-) ROCK ON!!!!!!!
