Can you confirm it is really Widevine L1 and Netflix accepts it as L1 security level? Can you stream, download in HD or only in SD as most other Chinese tablets do? (offer L1 but L3 in fact)
While I too enjoy getting in line at the Complaints Department, it's my opinion that e-ink devices have yet to make it to a place, technologically, where they work well with comic books and other print media heavy in images or unique aspect ratios. Tablets work well for this purpose but, at the same time, lose the benefits of e-readers. I can see focusing on both types of devices, especially if the tablet is of a budget nature or comes from a company with other e-ink devices. I suppose if the channel started to show me the benefits of the dashboard screens in various electric vehicles I might feel that they have strayed too far away from their core, but this doesn't feel like that. Proceed as you will with the channel and I'll simply not watch those videos that don't meet my interests. I believe that's a part of freedom to choose.
Fully agree... Please say unique and treat only e-ink and similar. There are enough other reviewers doing all the rest.. I know what you're going to reply: it has a ebook reader app in it. Yes... but ... All smartphones and tablets have that so you're going to review all of them from now on??? Please stay on your original track
@@goodereader sorry if my comment came over as strange. Let me explain: I always loved to see your reviews on devices with displays you can read in bright daylight. In following you I stayed updated on how e-ink, reflective lcd and such technologies are evolving and I bought a device (an e-ink tablet after one of your reviews). But now I see you reviewing ordinary LCD (or OLED) tablets. So I'm a bit worried that you'll be focussing more and more on such devices from now on. I hope you keep on specialising in the e-ink/rlcd/etc based devices... That's all I wanted to write...

We have done hundreds of devices outside the e-reader category out of the past decade we have been on RU-vid If an item is interesting and it comes across our desk, and our team deems it reviewable.. we will review it :-) thank you
I don't recommend this brand. I ordered their Blackview 15 Tab. To my dismay I received a defective unit with a horizontal line in the screen (stuck pixel). Though they will refund it, it's a waste of time because it takes time for me to receive it and refunding is not instant. I need to wait till they receive the returned unit. I'll be switching to realme pad X 5G. Go to local stores and check for other tablets.
