Every day is a school day :-) it's Saturday night in Scotland , uk , thanks for the video . I will have a beer and a movie for you tonight :-) now I can harvest my veg in my boxes for my soups lol and freeze them , thanks m8 :-)
Great video. I always use cold running tap water as opposed to ice plunge and have never had a problem, like you said you have to make sure your veggies are completely cold. :)
