A plastic bag can float underwater depending of current and in salty water that could float... The moon swatch is 29 g this one with mechanical maybe 50 g I feel those watches are very poor quality made from those plastic and ceramics

Beginning with the Sistem 51 movement with a creative display case back to the strap which is way better than that piece on velcro on the moonswatch. Tell me how it looks cheaper?

@@mariosoprano777 Because it’s made out of plastic!!!! Pair that with light colors and it looks even cheaper, like a toy. Also the Sistem51 is complete trash, unreliable, almost unserviceable and has a short lifespan. The decoration of the movement it’s like putting makeup on a monkey. And finally, they chose the NATO strap so people stop complaining about the color transferring

I would argue that this is the definition of a collab since it blends aspects of both brands (Blancpain: style, concept, heritage, name… Swatch: bioceramic, sistem51 movement, nato strap, cost). I’m not trying to say that this is a “real” Blancpain by the way, just a Swatch version of one 👍🏻

Just took it on Google.... True I am not sure of it but pretty sure it's the same team of people, designers who did swatch X omega and swatch X blancpain .....and soon with Rado and/or others brands of the swatch group....so for me this is not a Collab but they are very smart super lucrative busyness plan... Swatch does collab for example swatch and dragon ball (toei animation) .... I got one love DB and like the results but they're 2 differents brands I mean swatch doesn't have parts on it what I know....

@@elgoog-the-third in the UK we have just three stores (correction), all in London so unless they become available through their online site, many will be excluded which in turn makes this release, for the UK at least, a mute point. Shame.

@@jamespidgeon5428 Well that is not true, there are more in the UK. The list shows 11 official stores in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Manchester, Newcastle upon Tyne. If you filter for Swatch retailers in total in the UK, you end up with 60 stores even.

People like to complain about everything. There are people that have had this movement since 2013 without any issue. Pretty sure you can take it to a Swatch dealer and they can fit a new movement if necessary.

The suggested retail price for the Scuba Fifty Fathoms is €400.
