Neo's personality along with her semblance shows that she's more of a trickster, she likes to play with her opponents before putting them six feet under and even sometimes even tease her teammates.
Let's face it. RWBY's writing isn't particularly the best. So having a character that doesn't talk is a godsend because she can't say anything that'l make you hate her.

Tsyumamatsu TheHavenofGuardia plus Hazama has a Roman color scheme. I think he might have one in every BB title after the original release of RWBY, but I may be wrong.

Or maybe is because he expects everyone else to cower in fear or recognize his godhood in front of him. However, you get a girl who maintains her smug and silence despite being next to a god of destruction.
Judging from his name for her,Susano dislike styles based on deception,illusions and stuff like that. Because he simply destroy his enemies with pure insane brute force,for him the idea what somebody may think HE won because of cheap tricks instead of his godlike power is incredibly offensive.
Let’s take this time to appreciate the fact that Susanoo being so pissed off makes so much sense. He is destruction incarnate. Neo’s creation reminds him of the master unit Amaterasu.

The reason why people love her so much is because Neo is a subtle character in a show that everything is pointed out to you Even though she doesn’t talk, if you watch Yang vs. Neo or Neo vs. Cinder, her personality is very clear from body language Neo talking would ruin the thing that’s special about her, and not many people realize this
That's like the same thing people say about any mute character Besides there's plenty of subtlety people overlook One example could be Salem's lair looking like the castle she shared with Oz while beacon looks like the tower Salem was trapped in implying they haven't been able to let go of their past

In Volume 4, when she's sneaking out and overhears Ironwood and Jacques, she flinches when Ironwood angrily yells Jacques' name. In Volume 5, when Yang raises her voice at Raven, saying "Don't you _dare_ talk about my family that way!", Weiss flinches away from Yang. The anger wasn't directed at her either of those times, and she knows Yang wouldn't hurt her, but she still flinched as if by reflex. There's also the fact that the aforementioned conversation between Jacques and Ironwood began with glass breaking and Ironwood telling Jacques to get a hold of himself, which implies that Jacques broke something out of anger. Even if Jacques doesn't make a habit of hitting his kids, it's still implied that he physically lashes out in some way if he gets too angry, which would be scary for his children. Thus, his anger still had a lasting effect on Weiss. Another interesting thing is that the stuff Ilia said her "friends" used to say, in the Blake Character Short, resembles things that Weiss said in The Stray. She said her "friends" said Faunus are animals, that they're *_dirty,_* and they *_lie._* In The Stray, Weiss said "Those Faunus only know how to *_lie,_* cheat, and steal" and later referred to Sun as "The *_filthy_* Faunus from the boat" to Penny. The implication I've gotten from this is that the reason Blake ran away after she slipped up was because she remembered the story Ilia told her. The moment she saw the shocked look on Weiss' face, she remembered Ilia said her "friends" were afraid of her.
It's kinda like the same exact thing with Soundwave from the transformers prime series. At the end he talks but it's such a massive payoff from his usual silence.
Dude I hate that he doesn't have Roman's colors! He's like LITERALLY perfect for it too! Besides it's not like one color is tied to strictly one character, Noel and Blake both have the Ren color so why not Torchwick for Hazama?
It's because of how the game is programmed, for whatever reason they programmed it so Hazama's hat and his jacket absolutely HAVE to be the same color, that's why they didn't give him a Torchwick skin because his hat and jacket are two different colors, it's very stupid but that's apparently the reason why they did that
I love how Hilda and Neo actually highlights both of their personalities in their lines. Hilda loves toying with her opponents, never finishing them off until the grand climax she envisions. While Neo is similar with toying with opponents, moreso in the past, this is Neo from after she came back in the show. She is still trollish but she takes fights seriously, like she did with her attempt to kill Cinder. She can't afford to take any more risks and play around, especially not after what happened to Torchwick.

I really enjoy that when Blake calls Neo she says "Smoke and mirrors" considering that both their Semblances are illusion based with Neo's literally being mirror-like.
Kinda makes you want a bit more reaction with Hazama. Being how Hazama kinda reminds me of who used to be Neo's partner. "hm? Why are you always making sure no bird comes around me Neo?"
I love the last one, cause can totally picture Neo subtly carrying the entire fight unnoticed and then just smugly grinning while this child is lost in delusions of "awakening a new power". All the while, she's like 😏 "....."
I mean she is mute for a reason knowing what she would be thinking would take away from that and you could say the same for blitztank but he is a tank and tanks don't speak so.
