I think the deck in the description is wrong, thats ASC not Blaze! Also i dont think you have to have targets to play scour because x can equal 0 although theres no point in really doing that anymore since the bans, unless you really just wanna get the waning moon damage in lol

Thanks. So the ruling on her as I understand it (still nothing official, to my knowledge, which is sad) is that she can't do her ability on "zero". Hence why Chain Lightning has to be 3, even though it's a conditional (and contradicts like Emeritus... but that's another discussion). Interestingly enough, release notes don't say what happens if you choose "zero" as your targets. I'm pretty sure though, that w/out a target, you can't target... but that's something I certainly wouldn't bet a beer on. Closest thing in release notes (which doesn't preclude X *being* zero): You must have a target to play Scour for any X>0. E.g. You cannot play Scour with X=4 if there are not at least 4 legal targets.

@@DiceCommando I looked into this a while back, and got an answer from Joshua Scott that she can activate her ability for 0 to banish scour. and then you pay its X cost and need actual targets when paying for and playing the actual card.
