Blazing Angels 1: Decent gameplay, no story, annoying characters, terrible voice acting Blazing Angels 2: Great gameplay, decent story, entertaining characters, good voice acting I prefer the second one.
The Truth x2 For some reason the Xbox and play station versions are different, play station has a story and captain has a voice while the Xbox is way different and the enemy voice acting is very very very.... interesting...
This franchise needs a reboot. Like Blazing Angels: 1946, set in a Wolfenstein-style alternate history that follows Captain Robinson, Teach, Cowboy, Milo, and Marguerite battling a resurgent Third Reich.
i prefer the theme from the first game, don't get me wrong this march isn't bad but its a bit to "up bit" in my opinion. but i guess it suppose to do that since this game seemed a bit more romanticized compared to the first one. but when i hear the theme from squadrons of ww2 it just send shivers. it starts of pretty mellow and it really has a good build up. i mean that original theme could have worked as captain americas theme.
I agree. The first game had a great theme and it just captured the idea of being in the cockpit of a WWII fighter plane and the grace of seeing the sky full of planes. Then the base tells you that it is a bunch enemy planes wanting nothing but to shot you down.
agreed i miss this game... this was the first plane game i ever played back when i was 10 i had only gotten it because it had a plane on the cover the first time i asked for it my mother had said no but i manged to get it anyway a few days later i remember flying my p51 throgh the Eiffel tower so many times getting people to crash into it behind me
My friend introduced me to this game way back in 4th grade. It's so underrated! We played the multiplayer missions for hours. The Midway and German Alps missions were the most fun!
Listening to the audio tracks of Blazing Angels, I'd say the 'music', used in the program, has more of a 'British' tone to it, than American. But then, I'm somewhat 'older' (sixty six, going on sixty seven, this November 19th)
@@lancedooley7558 Thank you, for the compliment. Say, I was wondering, if I took my Blazing Angels 2 disc, and loaded it into the DVD drive of my computer, the computer could then 'read' the Blazing Angels disc, and show me the 'audio' file, which I could possibly copy the computer? That way, I can try to unlock the 'music' tracks? Just asking, you understand.
@@WalterDWormack214 I doubt it, especially if you are using the PS3 version which is a blu-ray disc. This really only worked for older pc games that were on CDs or DVDs. Sony ha different architecture on the Blu-Ray discs.
It's really too damned bad, that the people who made this program, would include such a wonderful set of music tracks, to accompany the fun of the program, and not include a way for anyone to just simply listen to these marvelous tracks! Hell! The bloody MUSIC TRACKS, were one of the MAIN REASONS that I bought the bloody 'game', IN the FIRST DAMNED PLACE.
I got this game around 2013, I had thought it was new. I never got to play in a public game, but I loved this game still and this track was part of my life nearly every day until 2015. Never completed the game, the farthest I ever got was to the German Zepplin. I remember one time this was at one of the Military Museums in town too, and I got to play it there as an Arcade game.
You know when I last played this game on my PlayStation 3 I came back to it in 2020 I feel there was way more then it was now anyone agree btw my favourite plane/jet 1st Vampire 2nd Spitfire VIII 3rd salamander
@@TheTestyDuck. And not forgetting the piston engined classics such as Sea Furies,F-51 Mustangs, F-82 Twin Mustangs, A-1 Skyraiders, Seafire MK47s, F4U Corsairs, Fireflies, B-29s and A-26 Invaders against North Korean Yak-9s and Yak-11s,La-11s, IL-10s and even the Po-2 biplanes.
@@KarnageKardinalStudios Thank you very much! I would really love to have the 'theme'/'score' from the program, as a .mp3 music file. So that I can play it/them on my Samsung Galaxy Note 20 5G Ultra smartphone.
