Okiayu Ryoutarou is without doubt my favorite seiyuu, and has been for the last couple of years. I just can't get enough of his voice, it's wonderful. I could listen to almost any song as long as it's him singing it... but I must say, this is one of the songs I love the most, because it just fits him so well :) Love it!
Because the song is (probably) about Hisana, and he conveys that in his voice. The lyrics for this song are so beautiful and so sad, and Okki is such a good singer. I could listen to him sing all day...
at the first time I watch bleach I kinda hate byakuya little bit because of his attitude. but after episode 62 he becomes cool,nice and care each other expecially rukia and he become my favorite character. ; )

also if you watch the bankai spirit filler if you put into account that the bankai share aspects of their soul reaper and you pay attantion senbon zakura actually is a lot more cheerful and spirited than byakuya which makes me wonder if under his facade that he's acually just as lively as rukia can be. Because we know that rukia is prim and proper but, she can also be eager to have fun with friends if they can crack her shell I think the Byakuya is allowed to would probably be a much happier person on the surface but, because of the huge expectations he has to lead and his prideful nature he's unable to.

@Zoisitechan No no, thank YOU for uploading this! It's one of my favorite Bleach character songs ever. It's so soft and rather melancholy and it fits Byakuya's character well. Okiayu-san has a hauntingly beautiful voice.
Haha, i remember when I thought Byuakuya had died and Yamato had died in the manga and i was like, 'i can't read this anymore.' but when I heard he was actually alive I went right back to reading bleach xD
I'm a fan of Bleach, Castlevania games, and Megaman games (most of all the X series)... Now I'm still surprised to know that Byakuya, Alucard, and Zero, my three most favorite characters, all have the same voice actor... *Images of Byakuya, Alucard, and Zero actually singing this song pop in head*
Byakuya Kuchiki: Captain class Shinigami, experienced and powerful fighter, regal noble and veritable badass, and of course; a singer that makes fangirls lose it completely
Kubo Tite would not have made Byakuya's "death" so prolonged without having some twist in it. Also, when a shinigami dies, their Zanpakuto vanishes almost instantly and looks like little particles floating away. Byakuya's Zanpakuto broke due to the previous fight, well, it was already broken, it broke even more. But, it does break when a shinigami is about to die, so there is a chance that he might be alive still.
That shows that you are capable empathy and connection with others through shared experiences. I would think that your parents should congratulate themselves on raising a child who has avoided succumbing to the endemic sociopathy of modern culture.
In the end of newest chapter, when the king of quincy (who's name is Juhabach or something like that, by the way), was sliced in half by Yamamoto, he said "My power isn't enought. Please forgive me, Juhabach-sama" . I don't know about you, but for me it was quite oblivious hint, that the guy Yamamoto killed wasn't the real leader of the quincy. (Besides, if he REALLY was Judabach, it should, and would have been much harded for Yamamoto be defeat him)
