Yhwach wants to remake a world where the Quincy fit in. Currently the Quincy don’t fit into the cycle of this universe because the Soul King forsaken them in favor of the Soul Reapers.

If it’s the whole CFYOW lore then whatever, but Kubo is literally changing and adding new content so as far as I’m concerned what’s in the novels is semi-canon until it isn’t anymore. The anime is now the new canon and Yhwach explained his motivations two episodes ago before he tricked Ichigo into killing the Soul King.

The anime also incorporating what was in the novel as well. lol If you really believe on what Yhwach said then you're just as blind as his followers and we already know what happened to most of them. The one who survived the recent Aushwalen like Liltotto and Bazz-B want to kill Yhwach.
Yhwach fears death. The primordial sea, before the 3 worlds, life and death, constantly flowed between each other like a mobius strip. Neither truly existing. Content change, never sagnation, but also never leaving the status quo. Yhwach feels his people experiences, including their deaths and returning to him. The very idea of it happening to him terrifies him. That's why he hates violence. He wishes to escape the inevitability of death. So his goals the return the worlds to the primordial sea.
The world was separated into Soul Society, Heco Mundo, earth. He wants to combine them. Like they were. I don’t know if the manga went into it or this info was in a light novel I read. The Soul King keeps the worlds separate. And how they got to this point is super depressing. Kinda makes you hate the Soul Reapers lol
This info was in the manga, but lots' of Yhwachs motivations wasn't showed before the final chapters in the manga. The anime has showed it much more and better.
So in the original, we were never given a specific end goal from Yhwach. That wouldn't be revealed until the light novels. Hopefully the anime will go into what specifically he wants.
