How do you blend already bleached hair that looks different shades of blonde? Will toner help correct that? also, my hair is very thick and poofy. So is there a way to ease the stress that the bleach puts onto it?
@@kaylaberdis5204 focus the bleach on areas that are darker! and overall toner should help correct, you can also spot treat with toner too and focus it on the brassier areas,, as for easing the stress, i would say don't do it all in on session let your hair rest in between so maybe spread things out throughout the week and also after everything do a lot of hair care like hair masks, conditioning, and try to not wash your hair more than 3 times a week!
How is your hair so shiny and healthy after THREE rounds of 40 VOLUME bleach?! In one day! I did 2 rounds with 30 volume, 2 days apart, and my poor hair is dry and fluffy now 😅
@@warmekipyeah I’m betting it’s the pigment and thickness of her hair cause I’ve NEVER heard someone recommend bleaching more than twice in a day and 40 volume is CRAZY for my strawberry blonde hair lmao
I'm so sorry someone was mean to you, idk why there are so many toxic hairdressers :( I chose to do it myself for the same reason. Hope things go well for you!! 🤍
I need to know what your hair care routine is!!!!!! Your hair looks so shiny and healthy.I always use 20 vol developer and never leave the bleach in for more than 25min, but I still have my hair falling out like crazy 1 month after bleaching
Cut dead hair as you see them dont owerbrush wash hair once a week, put jojoba into your shampoo and wash your hair w that to keep roots and ends moisturized
Crazy how many people think 'long' hair is barely past their shoulders. I'm new to hair things and super glad I found your technique for sectioning the hair. I would love to see you do a video specifically showing putting it up. Definitely trying this out tomorrow when I henna.
AHHH... thank you for the idea to use a hanger and handmirror. last time i had to do this was such a pain trying to hold mirror and see in back. i let mine grow out way too much ... so this is gonna be fun .....
Dang, 40 Volume Developer! Your hair must be SO Strong!! I get worried when I have to use 30 volume 😹 Great tip about the 20 Vol Developer with Toner as 10 volume never does it for my hair either. Your 'silly bleach faces' are adorable!! You're not alone on that, I'm surprised my mirror doesn't fall down with some of the faces I make 🤪
Woahhhh you did a great job!! One thing I'd recommend, is putting like a blue or purple dye additive to the bleach. That way it'll tone when it bleaches at the same time! I personally swear by Olaplex when I'm bleaching my own hair lol. You can by the Olaplex No. 0 and add that into the bleach! That's what my hairdresser did once. Then Olaplex No. 3 for once you rinse out the bleach (:
Girl thank you for this video!! I was stuck in about the last step you showed before the decision to use T14 and this video made me feel more confident in my strategy to exile the orange brass (bye ✌️ brass) Your hair turned out very pretty!
It will lift so much lighter if you don’t let it grow out so much I spent 380$ at the salon color correcting cuz my hair is so thick and so much work! I admire your patience you did a great job just next time bleach it sooner and it will lift much better babe what toner are you using?
Hi! Couple questions...How long did you wait between rounds 1&2 and 2&3? Also, did you use 40 vol all 3 rounds? What vol did you use with the toner? TY for the video! :)
She’s using 40 which is horrifying. She has some tough thick strong hair to be able to do that. Low and slow is always the way to go when bleaching hair. 20v for 30 minutes. I do my hair in sections and it will take me the best part of a day but that’s because I don’t want to fry my hair. After the first 30 minutes the bleach is pretty much done lifting so wash it off, mix up a new bleach and reapply if it’s still not lifted enough. Never use over 20v, especially if you want to keep your hair.
Not really when you do the toner instead of bleaching again and again lol it does save your hair using toner but a good tip is to bleach your hair when it’s dirty because of the oils will protect it from frying more. Also after bleaching add a hair mask conditioner. What she did I also did and it works good. Only thing different I just do 30 vl You don’t have to do 40 And 20 vl with toner won’t damage it bad either 😁
I have fine dark brown hair, I only need 1 round of bleaching to get that light, and I use 10-20 volume developer. Your video is ok, well we have very different hairtype, your hair is thick and coarse. But I think it is better to use 20 or max 30 developer, because bleaching is a process that takes time. And if we speed up the process by using 30/40 developer we get light faster but the result is more brassy. Glad your thick hair can handle it, but honestly if you gonna bleach it 2/3 times anyway you might try 20 volume next time and if what hairdressers tell us is true, you should be left with less brassy and easier to tone hair. I am lucky cause each of my hairstrands is fine, my hair is easy to bleach, and I have almost no damage.
Not necessarily. Unless ur using a pastel color on top, it should be easily covered w a darker dye. If you dont plan on dying your hair its also ok to keep the brassiness, its up to u
Actually don't bleach 3 times one day! Your hair might fell out like mines duh! Wait one week then bleach wait one more week then bleach let your hair rest and scalp
