I love you and your hair so much I’ve been dealing with breakage and it’s ruined my confidence. Seeing this really helped me just love my hair and do whatever I want with it.
Remember...you have to work fast with bleach to get even lightening all around! It is turning pink because of whatever color is in that part of your hair. It goes through it's stages and should lift out eventually. You need to remove the color with a color remover first. No sectioning needed with toner! Just get it on fast and evenly! You look adorable as a blonde!
What a lovely girl soooo normal and natural nothing fake with her a breath of fresh air so nice to be able to relate to someone whose being their true natural self on here X
You probably had pink/red on your natural hair colour from previous semi-permanent dyes. You won't be able to see it because it's dark, but when you bleach, it'll show up. You can tone out pale colours like a suuper pale pink just like you can tone out pale yellow. Look at a colour wheel and find the opposite colour (for pink, it's bright green) and put that on your hair. The colour remover you used is also a bleach, just a much lower volume.
Developer opens your hair cuticle so the pink you have on the ends is getting sucked into your hair shaft I think that’s the right way to explain it, you did a good job though 💞
Yeah but my hair has never been pink before while/after bleaching, I've always got a nice blond :( my hair only lightened that way when I had copper hair that was why I was so confused 🥺 thank you for letting know anyway 💕💕
You're so pretty, the blonde suits you so well! I have one question to you as you may seem more experienced. I have brown hair with blonde all over highlights. I just want to touch up my roots and weave in chunkier highlights. When using 20 vol developer on my roots would it cause breakage, when I slightly(!) overlap it with the already highlighted hair?
Don't be disappointed, Neslie, looks really cute also before you know it will grow out, Nesly I was told that brunettes can get green hair when bleached, I think that is what happened at the front it seems it can get really bad with the green, so you had only a very fainted bit at the front not too bad at all, I would say just enjoy and if it really annoys you paint it again.
Good job, the ice toner comesvwith its own strength developer, (ithink 1.6%)it would have deposited more colour if you would have used it, and its not as damaging. Its my one of my favs to use. U look really pretty.
The bleach is fading the color out that's why it looks pink but also you're not supposed to start at your roots, they heat up the fastest next time start from the middle of your hair then take the bleach to your ends then your roots last
Turned pink on me too!!! I panicked and took it off one strand. But then I said eff it! I always wanted pink hair anyway. But it turned out ok. Not pink. 🤷🏻♀️ why it does that.
Hi!! So your hair is already bleached and then you put that pink color? Just wondering bc I have red hair and I am trying to investigate (lol) if it would be feeling like so dry after trying to take off the red T. T
The pink color is a demi-permanent color, it just looks pink while oxidizing it's actually not pink it's a toner for a cooler blond. Getting rid of red is pretty difficult, good luck with it! Hope u get the color u want 🥰
I don't remember how long i needed in that video but normally i need 50-60 mins for my lengths with 20 vol. and 40-45 mins for my roots with 20 vol. / around 120 mins for my lengths with 13 vol. and around 1 hour for my roots with 13 vol.
⛔️🚥⛔️🚥💜 Also after bleaching dont leave purple shampoo on long it can turn strands purple ur best bet is to get a toner that has a purple additive in it already or ice toner.....and then wait on the purple shampoo week or two later💜🖤💜🖤💜🚥⛔️🚥⛔️
Dyed a patch of my hair blue and a patch yellow for Ukraine . The blue ran sooooo much . Still working on getting it out .. even after same color remover you used .
I don’t think you should do your own hair. You’re going to really damage it. That bleach was all over the place and it wasn’t done uniformly. You seriously need to research how to do your hair more because you have no idea what you’re doing. That’s why you have so many different colors all over your head. And you’re working too slow with bleach you have to work very quickly. You need to be on the episode with Brad Mondo.😂
Good grief...not trying to be mean, but this was so many ridiculous steps. I'm not sure the reasoning behind doing all of this the way you did. You made it so complicated. Color remover and bleach at the same time, multiple bleach sessions on different parts at different times. I hope you can do this better next time.
Seems like a sweet girl. But that was a hot mess of a bleaching. There's so much info available today, no reason to go through that 😔 Sweetheart just get a pixie cut & start new. You have a beautiful face for it. Lay off the bleach 👍😘
this is what happens when people confuse a cosmetology degree , along with thousands of hours of higher education with a google search. people use this as a cautionary tale.
