You guys always make me feel so much better about everything in life. It’s so nice seeing other people relate and have the EXACT same issues I do. I know exactly how you feel. I've literally shut the world out and live in my bubble. People that do things like that need to be Deleted! Should be sent into a black hole or something I also wish people were better and cared more.. It's really sad to still se so many bad people out there. Why don't you go to Canada?

I feel safer since me moved to Canada. After the San Bernardino California and then the school shooting in 2017 Stoneman Douglas high school high school in Florida. They started having the kids do mass shooting drills. At the time my girls were in kindergarten and first grade and my son was in 6th. I'm thankful we don't have to deal with that here.

When I had 9 cats a mouse came in...i heard frantic squeaking..ran into kitchen to see a very loud peed off mouse stood on back legs yelling at 9 terrified cats ...yup..all just watching it with no clue what it was and why it was yelling...i scooped mouse up and he didn't care..vry brave lil dude! I popped him outside and he never returned lol my cats are lazy rapscallions x

Aww poor thing. I had a mouse on my counter run back and forth back and forth confused. Then it stopped stood on its hind legs and jumped straight at me and landed on the floor. It came for me I couldn’t believe it. I was just standing there watching it. I’m glad someone else witnessed it. I’m telling you these animals are changing.

One time one of my cats found baby mice. Let’s just say “she loved them to pieces” 😥 but just the other week she found an adult mouse after looking funny at my bathroom for a few days. I found her staking around the washing basket and behind was a mouse. We tag team chased it back into the bathroom and when it ran in the shower she grabbed it and gave it to me. Dropped him about 100m from the house and he didn’t come back. He probably was eaten by a snake or owl but that one isn’t on me 😅 I like to think he’s out there making babies and spreading the word not to enter my house.

I feel it on the anxiety from mass shootings, just so many public things like that happening every day its so hard to not focus in on it and dwell and feel some type of way all of the time...I appreciate you for sharing it because it makes me and Im sure a lot of people feel not so alone and understood and not so jaded on it. When I get high anxiety, I throw up and it sucks. I have bad social anxiety and one time when I went to visit my ex-boyfriend, I got so anxious and threw up in his neighbors yard😂😂 He still doesnt know cause I covered it with snow😂😂😂😂

I totally feel you with the anxiety around mass shootings. My university sent an email about preparations for mass shootings and it sent me into a full panic. Doesn't help that this past year has just been covid panic *sigh*

Agreed. This sounds like something my school would help to expand information on. I’ve found (even at 28) that schools are so much more information accomplished at dealing with the struggles of the pandemic and the social injustices occurring. Maybe that’s just certain schools, but I’m thankful for those accepting and inclusive schools!! 💜💕❤️

I am so anxious going to the grocery store I try to get them delivered as often as I can. I had literally just left the Walmart that had a shooter in Thornton a couple years ago. I haven’t been to the movies since the Aurora shooting here either.😔

I’ve been platinum for like 10 years (done professionally in a salon I can’t bleach my own hair have tried few times and failed miserably each time) and have always used Wella blondor bleach to bleach my roots which works really well at lifting in one try (I have light/medium level 6/7 brown hair) but it always ALWAYS burns my scalp. Like leaves chemical burns. I’m so gonna try this Schwarzkopf blond me the bond enforcing has me sold this will be perfect for my hair I’m ordering ASAP 😌❤️

Hii, where i live there's always mouses, like everywhere. Their mecanism is like this: there's always an explorer that comes always alone and search for food, so if the explorer doesn't come back it's family assume that the food was poisened, if the explorer comes back THE WHOLE FAMILY go to the place, and that includes The queen, and let me tell you, you don't want to see her. Sorry if my english is not good I'm from Chile in south america

The oil is literally a life saver because every time I have gone to bleach my hair the breakage was intense so I would end up losing a lot of hair and with recently having black box dye along with brown it’s protected and lifted really nicely !!! Left me a little shook.

Girl I feel your same struggle with paranoia. I’ve been diagnosed with paranoia since 14. I didn’t leave my room besides the bathroom and kitchen for 2 years. The only thing that got me better was going to an everyday intensive outpatient therapy. It was really a lot at first but now I’m able to be around more than just one person without wanting to flee the situation. You got this! There is always a better life to live once you can find the right help for you ❤️

I'm so glad that someone is finally talking about this. I too suffer from social anxiety, and have trust issues with people, also paranoia of being killed and/or shot, especially now. It is harder for me to go places, I have worked on it a lot. I do best when stores aren't very busy and my anxiety is also much lower. It makes me really sad that this is the world we live in. I still have hope that this could change in the future, it really needs to! Our world needs to become a safe, and happier place to live in!

I went into a depression last week because my fam was watching that new ocean doc, I accidentally watched the worst part thinking I was strong that day. I was seriously fucked up after, sometimes you have to know the limits you have and protect yourself.

Its basically trauma porn anyways. Not sure what doc you're talking about since I haven't heard about it but yeah idk.. I have a lot of issues and I typically skip anything with a trigger warning because of how easily I spiral (I'm in therapy and working on it) but I'm SO glad I listened to you because I feel the exact same as far as being a hermit and being afraid of leaving my house. I used to be ok with listening to music and then I was told that people could target me and my toddler if they see me wearing headphones and that absolutely ruined what coping mechanism I had. I am so sorry you or anyone else has to feel this way.

Hey Aislinn, I understand your anxiety. I was nearly a shut-in and trips to the grocery store would cause me to spiral into an anxiety attack, my younger sister would have to coach me and calm me down enough to finish the shopping so I could drive us home. I sought therapy and made drastic routine changes to help myself. Everyone's journey is different and I hope that you're soon able to leave your home with peace of mind. You are a lovely human being. Ok, your mouse story had me DYING! I used to throw up (or almost throw up) in grocery store parking lots because I was so terrified of leaving my house for anything. I didn't have a specific fear, my anxiety would just go from 0-100 if I had to go out in public, so part of my progress was just building up exposure. But I don't even know how I could have done that if I'd had something so horrifically violent to specifically be afraid of that I was always fixated on. I'm incredibly proud of your progress, regardless of how it's been set back, and impressed that you're determined to gain back control over your fear so soon after a triggered event. You've got this

I relate to your anxiety so much. After the Pulse shooting I couldn't even walk my dogs, and then Vegas. They seem never ending here. I would have extreme panic attacks and get dizzy and nearly pass out. I'm also mortified of break ins and struggle to sleep at night as well. Its comforting (although shitty) knowing that other people can relate!
