I for one am grateful for these videos. I am in advanced medsurge and my instructor teaches at a very low level and tests us at a very high level which is a shame when you basically end up going to classes to avoid being marked absent, she never goes into the anatomy of certain disorders and she say we should already know them, after watching these videos I now am starting to wonder if she actually knows the Anatomy and physiology of what she is teaching....lol

Thank you. I wish I can teach like you. The only think I want to point out is that you have misplaced Factor 8 and 5 when you draw the first coagulation cascade, when you were talking about vWF disease.
