Blend door fix 

not clear, where and which side should I cut. please

Torch lighter and a utility knife made cutting the plastic alot more easier and look better.

Can you cut an access hole to get to the door above the blower motor? I replaced the blend doors but don’t have high flow and I’m seeing there’s another door above the blower motor fan.

when the blendoor closes is that when the heat works?

Man I replaced my blend door actuator and I cand get it on the tract that pulls the door open and shut, any tips?

So let me get this straight, by the looks of you need to use a rusty butter knife and hot breath to make the cut into the dash to create a huge airflow problem? I'm lost
