Great video! I have a funny problem, though. If I follow these instructions, then I am able to import assets. BUT they come with no textures. I found a fix on REDDIT that says to DELETE that folder in order for the textures to work. So I don't know what to do. I'm just stuck with textureless models. lol

Thanks ! And for people who are missing the folder of their current blender: -drag the Blender folder thats inside 'Blender Foundation' to your desktop, then drag it back to where it was dunno why but for some reason the folder 3.2 was not showing and doing this fixed it. Now you can copy the folder to the wanted place.

Thanks dude. This fixed the issue. I guess Quixel needs to update its bridge to Blender to not look for Startup folder somehow since the latest versions of Blender don't seem to have it by default.
